From the start of the process Craig was professional and maybe not the cheapest quote but the one that instilled confidence in me that everything would run smoothly, the team who packed our home for us did it efficiently. When it came to the day of moving they made it stress free and moved us into our new home with out any problems I'd highly recommend them

I highly recommend Orwell Removals for their professional, friendly service. Our move was made far less stressful due to their knowledgeable staff who created a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

The lads on the day were great - couldn’t fault them at all. Arrived bang on time & didn’t stop till everything was in & where I needed it. I’ve given 4 rather than 5 stars simply due to a couple of small admin errors which were sorted quickly by the team. I would recommend & certainties use again if the need arose. Their rates were very competitive too!

Orwell Removals were quick and efficient on a very hot bank holiday. They managed to get a very large sofa out of a small house and into an even smaller flat. They were very polite and calm at all times.

They were ontime, helpful and pleasant, when arriving at my house to move out they loaded up accordingly my completion went through quickly so no hanging around and I met them at my new property again unloaded put furniture in right places for me made up beds and even hanged up clothes.

Orwell Removals were professional right from the start but never officious. They have a relaxed vibe which belies a very efficient operation. On the day Craig, Gary and Steve were a pleasure to work with and their humour and courtesy made a stressful day much easier than anticipated. It's just a day's work for them but they tapped into our excitement at the move, and that was lovely. Our old and new houses and all our possessions were treated with great care and were undamaged. The whole team worked incredibly hard and certainly earned their (very reasonable) fee. I could not recommend Orwell Removals more highly.

From the initial quoting appointment to completing the job... we could not fault them. Craig was informative about the service he provides and out of the 3 quotes we had, he was the most personable and reasonably priced.

He accommodated the fact that we didn't exchange until 1pm Wednesday and moved on the Friday which helped us have peace of mind we would have the slot. We did pay a deposit which was a fair price to accept to loose if there were delays in exchange.

On moving day, they arrived on time were polite and professional. They all engaged with us, continually checking in with us... they even moved some furniture that had been left for us. We also appreciated their sense of humour... it made moving day pain free and a smooth process!
