Still waiting ten days in - 48 hour delivery
Ordered two under counter fridges through these from the Range. Quick and easy to order. Evri got the items Mar 8th. Stated two day delivery. Last update was just after midnight 9th March into the 10th. Now the 17th and despite several chases all I get is we will escalate to the courier. Why can’t a call be made and two fridges found at the courier and get delivered or here’s an idea two more get express delivered to me the customer. Get nowhere with bots etc etc and when called Oypla system was down and no call back possible. Updated 17/3. Spoke to customer services after evri had emailed me to say items lost. Basically would not take my word and best they would do is refund. Would not resend items on express delivery despite me offering to send them the email I had. Appalling customer experience. Steer well clear. Updated 20/3 - after agreeing a 48 hour refund on Tuesday…. Guess what no refund received. And worse yet, items now so day going to be delivered today after Evri reversed their we’ve lost them email and must have found them. Items not now required as so Oypla please sort and get me my money back or I will go to my Bank today and get them to recover it.

In the end i had to go on live chat to get one ! i also requested a re-set link for my password over and over and received nothing ?
Poor service I wont use Oypla again !

It does the job
Holes did not line up to put together, but with a mallet and a gentle tap I fixed it. Easier than sending it back etc

I had a bad experience. I bought an item that was damaged, and I returned it, but Oypla is claiming they haven’t received it yet.
I am still waiting for a refund
I’ve already sent four emails to the customer service team at cserviceoypla.com.

Bought a garden trolly from this…
Bought a garden trolly from this company and on recieving this item on the instruction check list it said 8 washers but on checking there was only 5,so on discovering this I tried ringing the oypla to find a answering service that took me to different options but none of the options took me to a act company agent , so I got in touch through live messanger to be told that they don't provide replacement parts. As it was only three washers it would be easy enough to post ,but there solution was return it for full refund but it's not that easy with the postoffice a mile away and the product been heavy and my age of 68 not practicle so not happy at all ,but after going and buying some before I started they turned out to be enough anyway

Do not use this company
Do not use this company - their customer service is a joke. They dispatch an order with half the items missing 5 heavy fencing stakes) but then require the whole order to be returned in order to be sent a replacement order.
Would have been happy to accept discount on the order to allow me to source alternative stakes but as they have a cap of 15% discount they can offer, they would prefer to pay shipping costs for the return then send out replacement.
