Good cool box but handle a bit weak.
A second purchase of this electric cool boxes. It's a very effective cooler but the handle fastenings gave up quite quickly so I have to carry it without a handle. Hence 4 stars not 5. Otherwise good for my needs.

Quite Impressed
Delivered ahead of schedule. Well packaged. Better quality than expected for the price. Straightforward to assemble and looks good in situ. Would have preferred 3 sides to each component, but what can you expect for £25.99? Pretty good value all round.
Useless products, awful customer service
I purchased some cast iron pans via tesco. They arrived in soaking wet packaging, broken which meant they had sharp edges and were dangerous.
I contacted via the tesco app for a refund as instructed and no one got back to me.
I then contacted them via email to recieve a generic email showing they hadn't even read my email. I'm still waiting on a reply to solve the matter.
It's been nearly 2 weeks, the pans are still sat here broken.
Unfortunately it seems Oypla supply low quality not fit for use products and have poor customer service.
I would advise avoiding.

Shocking customer service
This is the worst customer service exprience I have had in my life... I bought an electric balnket with Tesco marketplace not realising that I would have to deal with 3rd party sellers if anything went wrong. The company used EVRI to deliver my item which arrived a full 5 days before it was due meaning I wouldn't be home to await the delivery and the driver just left it outside of my property so the parcel was either lost or stolen. I contacted the customer service team via email and shared all the details of what had happened twice and only received the same automated response 'your order shows as delivered'. There is no way to contact this company via phone as it just goes round and round in a loop with no option to speak to a human. Worst of all I had the same issue with the second parcel from another company being left outside on the same day and they responded a million miles better by at the very least investigating and looking into the issue. Even EVRI contacted me and apologised for leaving the parcel unattended. Absolutely appalled and disappointed by the way this company is handling things and if I ever see their name again I would steer clear from them in the future. Nightmare and money wasted on an item I desperately needed and still haven't received 1 week later!!!

Unable to get correct information
The wheel sent did not fit the 70l wheelbarrow which I had looked up online, I was not able to speak with the customer help line (just being referred back to the on line site) Will try again tomorrow

2 of the radiators were damaged but usable.
The wheels could not be fitted on the end positions.

When I had trouble with my first order before Christmas, I was able to speak to a real person who was kind and helpful and quickly set up a refund. My re-orders were delivered speedily. I am recommending you to my friends.
I'm not entirely happy
I'm not entirely happy. I'm still waiting for my product and it hasn't arrived. I wrote to them asking them to send my product or refund my money, but they haven't responded. Even though it's a big company, they don't answer. I won't be buying from The Range or Oypla, or whatever they're called, again.
