These windows are simply awful. We have had trouble with them from the start and neither the supplier (IQ Glass) nor Panoramah have take any interest or responsibility for resolving the problems. They let air and water into the building, they don’t fit properly in the tracks and are completely unsuitable for a windy location if you value air tightness. I would not recommend either of these companies to anyone. We spent more than £125k to completely fit out our property with these windows and it is my biggest regret. Neither company will come out unless they are paid in advance and even then the service received is poor with dirty hand prints left on the walls.

We purchased 3 Panoramah AH!38 sliding doors via Northolt glazing (for circa £50,000). Northolt fitted the doors and frames but the frames were faulty. Panoramah were notified of the fault in mid-October and they still have not provided any information about how or when they will rectify the problem. They have admitted that their product is faulty, and they know that we cannot progress with the build until the problem is sorted. So far our building project has been on hold for 6 weeks and we are still waiting for a proper response. We went with Panoramah because we thought they had the best quality product. We were wrong. It is clear it wasn't tested before it left the factory otherwise they would have noticed the issue. I know that sometimes things go wrong, but I cannot stress how unprofessional they have been in dealing with this.
