Huge amounts of unexpected costs every year!!! Robbery brake ins 4 times while I was resident there. They give a competitive price at the beginning of your rent, but burdened you with additional cost after the year has passes. Costs for surveillance, garden and others. Expect to receive 1000 to 1500 additionally. Would be nice that its already included in the warm rent amount, but it not and it seems that the management (Strategis) is more interested in ignoring the poor sound isolation, bad water quality and no ventilation, until you decide to leave. When you decide to leave forget to receive most of your deposit + get fines if you don’t live there the full contract duration. Obviously everything according the law, but still felt like a really bad experience with them. The noisy street intersection is hell in the morning too, if you live in the side where the Danziger street is. Constant S bahn and traffic jams and ambulances will not be healthy for you. Not recommend!!!
