Made a visit to the Eastgate Retail Park hoping to buy a sofa and chairs. We were met by Neil with a warm welcome and smile. During our visit nothing was to much trouble he gave us lots of information on various furniture ideas and made the process very enjoyable. We decided on a 3 seater sofa and 2 recliner chairs. Thank you Neil for the stress free process. 👏

We visited Eastgate Store on 3rd June and met Kieran. He was very friendly and informative, giving very good advice. Chose what we wanted but unfortunately when we arrived home we realised it would not fit in the space, so phoned him and arranged to go back on 6th June and then had look around and chose a different suite. Kieran was again very helpful having to cancel first order and start again. Very happy with the service.

Kieran who looked after us was really friendly, knowledgeable, professional and gave us very good advice. He made the experience of buying furniture really pleasant and non threatening.

Visited the Bristol Eastgate store to look at a sofa we'd seen online and because our mum and dad had bought one from them 20 years ago and it is still as new. Neil from the sales team gave us a warm welcome, showed us the sofa, answered lots of questions and was great. We weren't hurried at all. A good buying experience. Bought a 3 seater and 2 seater powered recliner.

My daughter and I recently went into the Eastgate store to look for a dining room table, bench and two chairs. We were served by Ian who was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. As we couldn’t make up our minds with regard to the chairs we wanted, Ian gladly brought various chairs from around the store for us to try. Both my daughter and I were very impressed by the friendly, helpful service we had from Ian. We would definitely shop there again.

Excellent service from Neil. He was knowledgable and helpful without being over-bearing. Also very patient as I was very indecisive!

I visited the store last week with my daughter to look at beds. We met Neil who showed us the range of mattresses and let me try some out. He chatted with us to find out what we were looking for and I found what we needed and placed the order.

We were welcomed into the Eastgate Centre store by Neil who recognised us from a previous purchase 6 years ago. The exact amount of attentiveness from the staff along with an excellent product range really helps the buying process. All questions answered honestly and with a great deal of product knowledge. Cannot recommend Park Furnishers enough for furniture throughout the home.

Ian from the bristol east gate branch was very knowledgeable, polite and welcoming. Ian made our experience alot easier than we thought, he gave us time to talk with a hot drink and all the other staff where friendly too thanks guys we can't wait to have our new sofa 😀

Decided to visit the PF east gate store in Bristol where we were gladly helped by a lovely assistant Neil in finding furniture to suit our needs for our conservatory. Nothing was too much trouble even after we wanted to change our mind on the table we previously picked out. There was no sales pitch or hassle and would definitely recommend anyone to visit this store for great prices and help.

Neil was a delight today. Knowledgeable about the beds, and helpful with the various queries we had. He let us come to our own decisions but was there when we needed him. Thank you!

On entering Park Furnishers I was greeted by Neil who was very helpful and left us alone to look around on our. We made our choice so returned to Neil to ask a few questions, he was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.
