Extortion
Extortion - Having paid for parking in 2 cases over 24 hours, I received a PCN totaling £127. Explaining I have paid and they can see evidence of my payment on the system, however due to a 10 minute delay, i have been fined for the 10 minutes. which has now resulted in the above fine. ZZPS as a collection company are also appalling - SABA have the nerve to up the prices at the car park again in a short space of time which equals over £325 a month!!! we have no choice but to park there. I call for the Local council to investigate the practice of this company and ZZPS. commuter beware, make sure you pay at the machine, Dont use the APP or you will become another victim of this appalling tax....
Appalling Customer Service
This company, which I believe is now Saba, has appalling customer service. They promise to call you back and never do. They are happy to charge you twice for parking but never refund you. They try and push the problem to someone else. They are determined to keep every penny even when it does not belong to them. The company is appalling. I cannot see how they have a contract to provide parking services at railway stations. Good luck to anyone who wants to try and discuss issues with them - they are quick to take your money, but wow they are not quick to give it back when they are wrong. To be honest I shouldn’t, but I have give up trying to get my refund for paying for parking twice. Although they may read these comments I doubt they will be bothered.
Find another car park
Would recommend avoiding all Saba car parks and the app. Fine if all goes well but any issues with either the app or car park machines you have zero chance of getting your money back and likely be overcharged.

I go out of my way to avoid parking at their carparks. Often only get 15/20 mins to pay after arrival which isn't enough when you're running for a train and need to buy a ticket too! Even if they can see you've bought your ticket outside that window, they still fine you £100 which is absolutely outrageous. They must make all their money from fines!! Totally disproportionate to the 'offense'
Not recommended for Bedford
Tried to park at Bedford Mainline Station. Paid the small extra for Premier Parking on a 6.00am Saturday to 11.00pm Sunday. All the bays were empty and clearly marked as Premier spaces. Brilliant I thought. But no, stupid misplaced signage. Theyre actually all season ticket spaces. £100 fine for £6.40 parking. Will not be using saba again and will not recommend.
Criminals
Took my money
Car park was full
I emailed to request a refund
Told me they can’t refund as the request wasn’t made within 2 hours of trying to park as per their FAQ. I didn’t look their FAQ, I didn’t think I needed to. I had paid and had the address. They make their non-performance your issue. Never on my confirmation email did it mention the 2 hour rule or that fact THEY DONT GUARANTEE YOUR SPACE. This would be the honest and transparent place along with something more obvious on their website, but guess what.... they want you to make this mistake. There were 6 other cars, that I saw, in the same situation as me that day..... be aware!!!!
STEER CLEAR - they are thieves
Probably the real life version of dementors
Probably the real life version of dementors- cannot possibly have souls
I was given a ticket for not being in a clearly marked bay but I am being penalised for Indigo (now Saba Parking) not having clearly remarked a bay after work and tarmac was laid. I’d understand if it were a clearly marked bay, but it is not a finished bay so I don’t quite understand how I was meant to know where the parking company would define the bay as finishing.
I went through their 'appeals process' and anyone with decency and morals would have seen they had failed to mark the bay properly. But obviously I forgot in my desire to believe in the best of people, that parking companies don't care about anyone so long as they make money.
I very much doubt they even have an appeals process and just refuse knowing most people can barely afford the £60, let alone risking £100 if they lose an external appeal.
I explained to Saba that I can’t afford to risk the extra £40. I’ve explained how little money I have that even my train fare was paid for by the charity I was volunteering for that day. It’s a shame to be so morally bankrupt but I guess as long as they make money, they don't care at all.
Saba Three Bridges parking
I booked a parking space at the Three Bridges car park. The booking was accepted but when I turned up with by 2 kids 10 mins before our train left there were no spaces. The only spaces were for premier customers. I had no option but to park there. I called up the company (now called Saba - maybe they changed their name due to their record of appalling service) and was told that I would be fined for parking in a premier spot and that, despite taking my money, they had no obligation to provide parking (doesn't a contract require consideration on both sides?). I asked if I could cancel the booking and get a refund and was told that was impossible because the cameras would have recorded me going into the car park. That is the worst service I've come across. These people are crying out to be fined by a consumer group.

Paid for parking then found train not running. Had to drive to another railway station to get our onward connection. Company took a week each to answer my 2 emails. Then they eventually said a refund has to be requested within 2 hours of parking up. As travelling we couldn't do and due of lack of info we have been refused a refund.
They have a monopoly at the railway station and due to double yellow lines there is no local parking available.
Charlatans changing the goal posts with no customer service. Wanted to give no stars but this was not possible.
Disgusting and Uncompassionate Practice
Dear Sir/Madam,
This review is regarding the handling of a parking charge notice issued by Indigo.
On the 4th of February my wife’s father was rushed by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital accident and emergency and on arrival required treatment over a number of hours before being sufficiently stabilised to be transferred to the high dependency unit. My wife had followed by car and was so focused and concerned for the health of her father that she did not purchase a ticket at time of parking. She did purchase a ticket later but only after she had felt her father was in a condition to leave him for a short period. Unfortunately a parking charge notice had already been affixed to her windscreen.
We appealed this charge on the grounds of the above mitigating circumstances and explained the situation relating to this family emergency.
Indigo rejected our appeal without any consideration and stated the standard contractual policy when entering and parking on “their” property.
Despite further appeal we have been advised that this can no longer be considered as their appeal team have reached a decision.
This left us with two options, pay the fine and as such agree with the penalty or refuse to pay and be taken to court.
As we have already more than enough stress to deal with given the concerns of my wife’s fathers health we have paid the fine.
We are disgusted by the way in which this has been handled by Indigo and hope that by exposing this situation we can exert some pressure on them to revise their procedures and avoid causing families additional stress in similar situations.
We have asked that Ninewells Hospital and our MP conduct a review of this incident and of the processes implemented by Indigo in order to ensure that other families do not have to endure such a lack of consideration and compassion in the future.
Unethical
Unethical, immoral and unacceptable. Gave me a PCN for paying to park. The car park was completely full and I had no alternative as I had a train to catch. Being that this was a one off trip had no idea the car park would be completely full. Found a space in no one's way, paid yet still got a PCN. I've deleted the app and will now drive out of my way to park anywhere else. Dreadful company. Scammers and con artists.

Terrible company to try and resolve an issue with. Overcharged me for parking and cannot get resolution nearly 3 months later.
