Excellent service from Stephen Brown at East Kilbride.
Excellent service from Stephen Brown. Explained everything in detail when picking up our new vehicle. Must also mention the lovely cup of hot chocolate and coffee offered to us which was appreciated on such a cold day.

Went to parks Motherwell looking for a car , as I had my last 2 cars from there and dealt with same guy Grant who is lovely and couldn't do enough for us .We picked a car put £100 deposit on the Thursday as couldn't do the deal until the Tuesday to be called by the manager Ian on the Monday (Grants day off ) with a stinking attitude " wits happening way this cor" we can't hold it much longer we don't need to hold it! We are here to sell cars ! well you won't sell much speaking to people with the tone you used After few more remarks my husband told him just send my deposit back mate and keep the car .He had someone interested in the car and sold it ,told us come back in pick another, don't think so pal if I'm not getting the car I picked and put deposit on I'm not taking any of your cars so he basically sold it behind his colleagues back on the Monday which I think as a manager is shocking ,he could never lace Grant's boots with customer service that's for sure. Wouldn't recommend anyone going to the place I will certainly not be back .
Parks Transit Center Inverness
Purchased a new Transit Custom limited just recently, from the offset the experience was very pleasant and could not fault the process.
Catalina who was dealing with my purchase was very informative and helpful at every step, answering any questions I had throughout from the time of placing the order. Van came in immaculate condition as expected and it was clear they had gone over the van with a fine tooth comb and missed no detail.
Will definitely be going back when it’s time for an upgrade. Overall very happy with the process.
Scum of the earth
Scum of the earth, thieves, don't go near parks motherwell, after getting a better deal from another dealer I informed salesman grant black that I wouldn't be going ahead with the deal.He now won't answer the phone to me and is refusing to repay the 200 pound holding fee that I had put down the previous day.At end of day I'm still smiling as my deal was for same car, lower payments and 1500 quid cheaper, oh by way grant, take my name of the bigster waiting list, would go near your lot again
Administration faults caused me to be out of pocket and uninsured.I was asked to go down to EK Parks as a…
I was asked to go down to EK Parks as a loyal customer, to see if I could upgrade the car I had purchased from them 2 years previously. On changing my car, I could not find my V5 form, but was told my sale could go ahead, but to contact the DVLA and hand the form in at a later date. On contacting the DVLA I was told I was not registered for the car. Parks had not sent in the form at the time of sale. If I had had an accident, my insurance would not have been valid. I had to request a replacement V5 form at a cost of £25 and while I was still waiting for the form, Parks sold the car to an unsuspecting person, without telling them that they would not be registered for the car for at least a few weeks, until all forms were updated. Parks just want me to sleep their mistake under the carpet, But I feel disgusted at what could have happened, to take them to court over their misshandling of the situation and putting my family and I in harms way.
Never use Parks
This is now month 3 of waiting for a warranty part for my discovery sport with my car now off the road due to no MOT. Parks have given me a Nissan qashqui as a replacement which I could have for months and months. Car due to be returned to leasing company and now outwith lease agreement so paying a small fortune. Parks Land Rover not coming up with any solutions. After sales and care non existent as is their communication.

My husband booked our Peugeot in for its Mot at Parks in East Kilbride for 8am today. He also asked for 2 new front tyres as well. He eventually was told car nearly ready just getting a health check and could pick it up soon. He went down at 15.45 and it's now 17.12 and still no car,he was told at 16.15 that they forgot to change the tyres. PARKS WE WILL NOT BE BACK, YOU HAVE LOST OUR CUSTOMS.WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY

Parks Motors Irvine
Had my car fully serviced at Parks in Irvine. The staff were lovely and helpful. They completed the service within a few hours and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.
Not a great experience
I work as a driving instructor and this is my experience of Parks Hyundai Carlisle.
For the last three and a half years I've had an i30 and I've just swapped it for a Tucson. I have no issues with Hyundai as a brand or the cars. They are nice to drive and have good features. However, twice I've had the i30 come back from the garage with damage and nothing said to me about it.
First damage was when the car went in for a service. Someone managed to put a six inch rip in the rubber seal that goes around the boot. Nothing was said to me when I got the car back. The boot seal was replaced when the car went back in to get a new steering wheel (warranty issue because the wheel went manky).
Second damage was when they replaced the steering wheel. It was a three hour job to replace and they broke a bit of plastic off the wheel and again didn't say anything. As I drove the car away the broken plastic bit fell onto my lap. To get this fixed they had to order a part and it was another three hours to fix it.
Now for my experience of getting a new car from them. I was due to pick up my new car (the Tucsson) on a Thursday afternoon. I got a call from Parks about 11am to inform me the new car had a fault and I wouldn't be able to pick it up.
When will it be fixed? Response "Not sure, hopefully tomorrow".
Whats wrong with it? Response "We don't know it’s a generic fault and we'll have to invistgate"
This didn't do me any good as the new car was booked in to get dual controls fitted the next day in Leeds. This had to be cancelled and moved to the following week.
So, I picked up the new car late on Friday afternoon, after they had fixed the fault. Apparently it was a wiring fault and they had to fix a connection.
The car was fine all week until this morning. First student of the day starts the engine and the dash lights up like a Christmas tree. Sometimes saying five faults, sometimes saying three faults. So they obviously didn't fix anything and just cleared the faults from the car hoping it would just go away. The car was just about driveable, but not by a learner so I ended the lesson and drove straight to the garage.
When are they going to fix it? The technician is on holiday so the earliest they can look at it is Monday next week(it's Friday as I'm writing this). I've been given a courtesy car in the meantime. What did they give me? The salesman’s personal car. Why? Because they only have one car to lend out and they didn't want to give it to me! Very professional.
What else can I say about them? The Hyundai bit of Parks never answer the phone, it rings for ages and then gets picked up by a random person in one of the other Parks garages. When they try and transfer you to someone, they get no answer and say they will get someone to call you back. This never happens and you just have to keep ringing them.
I won't be using Parks again after this.

Beware, don't trust them!
My Husband has to reduce his working hours due to ill health, so we needed to trade in our current car for something less expensive a month. We approached Park's Peugeot in Bathgate to help at the end of September last year, we ordered a Peugeot 208 as we were told it was in the country and we would have the car within a couple of weeks. We hadn't heard anything so on 21/11/22, I emailed for news. After numerous emails over the months until End of January this year we were finally told the car had arrived and we could collect it within the next week. However, my Husband received a phone call from the Manager, he told us that because our current car had depreciated by £10,000! Fro September to January, They could not continue with the sale. I have complained to head office, but guess what, there's nothing I can do about it. Not happy. Very disappointed!
