Takes too long too update account
I like the fact you can access your money early the problem is that can lead to low paychecks causing you to borrow again and again. Then once you pay it off it takes almost two weeks before they realize you paid back already so there is a big gap where I’m just broke and looking to borrow elsewhere. In other words avoid if you can

Kyle Howard saved the day
Kyle Howard saved the day. I had a problem with missing hours, instead of arguing with me about why they were missing, he had me send him my timecard. He then corrected my time and fixed my earnings. He was wonderful, polite and professional. He is a great asset to your company. Glad I had him to help me

I was delighted to chat with Aaron this morning! I was having issues with my account, my name was wrong but he gave me the steps to re enroll so I could have access to my funds! I was in a tight spot and forgot my company has this benefit but Aaron took the stress away and made this easy and super quick. Aaron was my life saver today!

Another Sunday like every other Sunday
Another Sunday like every other Sunday. My time was added to my TA file with no issues but Payactiv says they havent received it. Really?? Every week. And tomorrow it will update for today but Saturday wont be added until later in week. Just put my time on correctly like your contract states Its crazy that they say this every week and we have kronos which updates automatically. Ridiculous!!

I really wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me because she was very kind and she did everything she could until my issue was resolved. I am so grateful for her but I cannot remember what her name was. It was a different name that I've never heard before so if anyone can figure out who it was that talked to, please give her a raise.
