PaymentSense doing updates on my three terminals in the middle of a very busy lunch service. We are a takeaway shop, small but very busy, and just few minutes ago, my three card machines stopped working. I called and customer service/technical help, says is not them, is Ingenico, the machines manufacturer.... I had ingenico before when I used Barclays Merchant Services and never had this problem, then I was told it may have been a power cut, I told her that I have my cctv, my pc etc and all was running perfectly well, therefore was not a power cut or my internet going down, then she said it could have been a power surge.... and she could only see one of my machines having done an update and not the other three, even as I repeated few times that ALL three machines at exactly the same time stopped working because they were doing updates, data loading... she kept telling me she can see only one..... OMG! can PaymentSense provide a bit more training for people to learn to listen what the actual complaint is? and if you don't 'see' that it happened in three machines, I am telling you it has, don't ignore and stick to 'i can see one machine only....' incredibly frustrating.

I was left chasing the company for communication when the terminals broke and after I terminated my contract with them. Some things might take time to resolve but I will admit they try every time. Even if the first solution doesn’t work out, they will provide with solutions until everything is resolved. Wishing this company all the best.

The excellent advice and assistance given to me by the staff in the various departments of Paymentsense.
Without exception, they are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable in their fields and understand that each customer's situation is different and take action accordingly. It was a change and indeed a pleasure to deal with such representatives and wonderful customer service, instead of having to dread calling companies when queries/problems arise. Good tech team and support ...
But not the best system in the world. They say 24hr turn around but if the machine is old then they don't support just replace - and then replacing takes 3+days. "Hello!" it's when the machines are old that they go wrong and we need 24hr turn around.

Darren was incredibly helpful with a technical issue on the card machine today. The instructions he relayed over the phone were clear and precise. He then noted issues with billing and rectified those too, to my benefit too.
We needed to update personnel info too which Darren emailed through immediately. He was brilliant and a true credit to PaymentSense today
