Just returned from a fabulous ski week in France. All was as described and made for an enjoyable week. Organisation and communication from Peak Retreats was excellent. I would book again with them.

Fantastic service from beginning to…
Fantastic service from beginning to end. Having had a fantastic holiday in Tignes last summer, we are going back this summer. Peak Retreats have fantastic accommodation and for winter ski or summer in the Alps, highly recommend using them.

Would definitely recommend
Would definitely recommend. Booking was really easy. Had a lovely holiday in Tignes, the accommodation was perfect location and was very clean. There is a local spar where you can get fresh pastries and freshly pressed juice every morning. The pool and gym was lovely and ideal for after day out in the sunshine. The bus stop was right outside of the hotel complex which was ideal.

Be careful of rebooking
Very disappointed at how this company has handled the rebooking of our holiday. When it was cancelled in 2021 because of the pandemic I was offered the chance to rebook the holiday in 2022 which I did. I now find that the price of the holiday has been increased by almost £1000. Be careful about accepting offers of a rebooking from this company

Really disappointed with Peak Retreats…
Really disappointed with Peak Retreats as have just lost a considerable amount of money on a skiing holiday booked with them. Unfortunately due to no negotiation or more importantly advocacy by them on our behalf with the apartment providers we had to cancel our Christmas 2021 holiday. Peak Retreats have had our money since transferring it since last year. But when we had no option but to cancel, as due to the ages of our children it was problematic to travel due to being unable to get the necessary paperwork from our doctors. Whilst I accept that this was the booking conditions we signed, Peak Retreats have done nothing to advocate for the customer. They would not negotiate on moving the holiday or even allow us to retain our euro tunnel booking to use later in the season. I can’t even find any contact details to send a customer feedback email to on their website. My experience of them is that they have amazing customer service when you are booking but do nothing to help in this ever changing world we live in and choose not to advocate for the customer who they make money out of. The benefit therefore of booking with them is questionable.

Superb Drive/Ski French accommodation specialists
We have travelled and stayed with Peak Retreats for over 10 years. Only once had an issue with a dirty apartment and it was dealt with immediately by PR.
Peak Retreats provide a flexi tunnel crossing inc in the price,worth over £400, so it's not a fair comparison to make with other providers that just book accommodation. Nor is it fair to blame them if you booked the wrong dates for flights, especially when they are a " drive to ski" specialist. We have found them to be helpful and professional, providing award winning accommodation across the French Alps

Incompetent and greedy
We’ve been left without a trip this winter due to Peak Retreats poor customer service. They sold us a holiday in January 2021 for the 1st to 8th on January 2022 for which we duly booked flights, we were telephoned last week October 15th 2021 to say there had been an error and the booking should have been for the 2nd to the 9th, this was the first time anyone had notified me directly of this.
They then refused to meet the cost of correcting their error as in their view I should have noticed it on the invoices they sent me after I’d made payments.
So now I am left with flights and no accommodation, we booked well in advance to get a good deal and now the price of accommodation for the flights we are left with has gone through the roof.

Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this company, have used them in the past at least 5 times and always believed you could only travel Saturday to Saturday for the winter ski. Apparently that is not the case and you can stay on a Sunday to Sunday saving over £400. Despite the fact that I only booked with them yesterday 26th September today 27th they simply refuse to alter my booking stating the price would be exactly the same and I would lose over £411 deposit. The same accommodation booked is cheaper on 3 main sites examples of which are Expedia, Hotels.com and Travel Republic.
This will be my last booking with this company who are only interested in high profits not customer satisfaction.
