Waited forever for a dog memorial last August....
It has now stopped working,permanently!!!

Ordered a personalised football mirror for my son on the 19th of October and it's still yet to arrive. Never ever received a confirmation email (my email was correct as my phone auto fills my personal details). Contacted by email for an update with no response. There was a note on the page to say there has been some delays but all orders placed will come before Christmas. Well it did not. Contacted again after Christmas with no response. Noticed a message that said all orders that failed to make it will be refunded and a personal apology will be given. Never received that either. Had to contact my bank to get a refund that way. If you were unable to keep up with demand then you shouldn't have allowed sale to continue. Won't shop here again

Well the good news is the mirrors have been delivered today the 24th of December. The bad news is too late to get them to our grandchildren for Christmas.
I ordered the mirrors because it was a small UK company and not some Chinese distribution company.
Order placed on the 23rd October 24 so plenty of time for these to arrive be wrapped and sent to our grandchildren.
This is where the issues started, company had taken on too many orders and this coupled with personal problems as well as mechanical issues meant that the production was going to take a little longer.
Communication was dire they do not respond to email or any other social media.
The only time I got a response was when I raised a dispute with PayPal. Miraculously I had a response within hours. I was given a tracking number for Everi which never moved for three days as they were expecting it.
Anyway like I said received today, as for the company one of the main reasons I went with them was the reviews
Now on 34% negative as of today. If I had seen this before I ordered I would not have touched them with a ten foot barge pole.
Don't put yourself through the stress avoid.

Although I waited for a while my beautiful garden signs have arrived. Well worth the wait. I took advantage of the special offer and ordered another as a gift to my son who is delighted with it. Would definitely order again. The biggest let down was Evri. They kept the parcel for too long.

Ordered my son a gaming mirror from these in December after originally trying to order back in October/november but the gaming mirror was out of stock, it arrived with a faulty LED strip, no reply to emails since January and now I know why cos they have gone into liquidation. Absolutely gutted I continued back in December to check when it game back in stock. It’s unfair that the customers are left with broken items or nothing at all.

Like all of the previous reviews,absolute rip off of a company, took my money in October for mirror,didn't receive by xmas as promised,again promised to have it by February but suprise suprise no show and now they are not answering emails, have spoken to bank and only have 120 days for them to reclaim the money so if you have purchased in those 120 days hurry and get tour money back

I ordered 2 mirrors in November’24 for my son’s Christmas presents & still haven’t received them. I’ve written email after email, and all of them have been ignored! Obviously I know now I won’t be receiving my mirrors or my money back! Absolutely stay away from this company! 😡

Do not order!!!!! I ordered in october 24 for christmas and got an email saying they are sorry they never replied things got on top of them and they will send the order asap. Still not received anything and they are not respnding to my emails. A rip off company

Like a lot of people on here,seemed a good idea ordering mirrors. The mirrors arrived but brackets were missing. Now stuck with them. I have emailed countless times but being ignored. Stay away from them.
Just seen that they are now in liquidation since 5/02/2025

Do not use ordered 2 items back in October 2024 for Xmas presents said would be delivered for Xmas , got an email saying someone’s dad was sick abroad. Mailed again in jan, still nothing and never responded to emails absolutely disgusting customer service . Luckily credit card company re embursed me, they must be sick of trying to claw back money from this lot! 😡

Placed an order in October 2024 for two personalised mirrors for my granddaughters Christmas. Sadly, and quite infuriatingly, my order has never arrived.
I am still sending regular emails asking when they will arrive.
I eventually received a reply stating I could either have a full refund or the order made up and sent out. I choose the refund, however that has never materialised.
I definitely would NEVER recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a mirror gift in September 24. Got messages saying they were overrun but would get the gift to me in January. I waited and waited. Now their website is gone. As is my money. And the mirror I really wanted.

This is my second review I purchased my item September 2024. Still not received it and sent over 10 emails. Disappointing still sat waiting and not received any emails from them …

Ordered a gift for Christmas in October 2024, still not received it in March 2025 absolute pisstake. As well as no emails being returned and no news on the item. Now the website is not showing up

I paid for an item in January haven't received item or any correspondence now find out company has gone into liquidation.
All the money they have stolen from people should be returned!!!

No response to emails. No response to faults. Not surprised they have gone into administration.

Gone into liquidation, but still took my order. I have ordered from them before so never thought this so called family run business would be ripping people off. They ignored all my emails for months. I only wish i had checked trustpilot sooner,after my items did not arrive within 4 weeks. Their site is now down, saying back soon. I wished i could do zero stars for this company. I paid by paypal and after all this time i have recieved my £49 back. People are struggling right now and i think it's disgusting to do that to people.
