What a shambles!
I ordered a personalised basketball mirror for my grandsons birthday in December. This was not a Christmas present!
After many emails and personal letters, it eventually arrived.
I was told it was high volume of orders. My answer … stop taking orders!,
Then I was told there had been a family bereavement…with the greatest of sympathy this is a business!
When the mirror arrived, the workmanship was shoddy and in fact, the edges of the glass were sharp and dangerous.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Ordered a light up mirror for my son's Christmas present in October 2024. Got an email saying it would take longer than expected due to an unprecedented volume of orders. No problem with this as long as arrives before Christmas. Did not arrive at all and have sent many emails asking for a refund which I am still yet to receive. No contact at all, very disappointing.

Same as everyone else. Ordered in October. No product and no refund. Hasn’t even tried to pay customers back and has just sent bounce back emails full of lies everytime you make contact. Can see the company has now gone into liquidation. The owner is a thief and should be serving time for theft.

I ordered the football T-shirt with the lights, unfortunately the lights do not work. Have emailed since November with no email back. I understood over the Christmas period they would possibly be busy but have still not received any correspondence back. It's a shame really.

Ordered a gaming mirror for my grandson for Christmas didn’t arrive ordered in October said they were going to make it but nothing and nobody replies to emails disgusting company ripping people off

Ordered a Xmas present for little one for his wall. Did not arrive got a email asking if I wanted a refund or to make or order. I asked for a refund got nothing website now down. Don't go near this company

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Ordered 2 mirror lights for my children for Christmas in October. Never received the lights and been ignored on numerous occasions via email and Facebook messenger. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY! SCAM!!!!!

Placed an order in September, never arrived, was promised a refund in January, still nothing. Emailed daily, NOTHING! Do not waste your time. How a company can even exist like this is beyond me. Out of pocket and upset little boy.

Ordered a Christmas gift in October, received an email update 9th December to say my item had been shipped, it’s now March and still not arrived, it’s rare I order online from a new company without checking Trustpilot on this occasion it was definitely a mistake, the company went into liquidation 29 days ago as confirmed on Companies House

Still not received my orders from October 2024 despite multiple attempts to contact them. Put a charge back claim through my bank account which has been temporarily authorised and they’ve had the cheek to dispute it. Luckily my bank still has enough information to continue my claim but it’s disgusting that they think it’s acceptable to not send out orders or issue a refund for unreceived items and then try to keep hold of my money when I have to go through my bank to get it back!

Ordered a football mirror from here in October 2024 for my son's birthday in November. Still not recieved. Sent numerous emails with only 1 reply!. No contact number for them. Shocking. Complete waste of 35 pound. Had an email in late November saying it was being made. March 2025..... nothing. Fuming

I can't count the number of emails I have sent to this company requesting confirmation of when the item will be delivered

I receive emails back confirming receipt of my email with a note stating "we will be in touch soon"

To date I am still waiting for someone at the company to let me know when the item I ordered and paid for will be delivered

Ordered in October 2024, it is not march 2025 and still never received the product I ordered, neither could I contact or yet a refund refund. Countless emails sent.

Do not order from this company
I placed an order way back in October 2024 and I still haven’t received it (It is now March 2025)
I’ve sent numerous emails to which I’ve had just automated messages saying they will get back to me soon.
I’ve asked for a refund and still nothing
This company is scamming you so please do not order because they take your money but don’t come up with the goods

What a joke of a business - sorry that i am not the only one who appears to have been scammed - just avoid

Ordered in Oct 24 don't even have the decency to reply to any emails

Back in November ordered my son a personalised football top and boot light, relieved and email to say it would be a couple of weeks, then beginning of December received an email to say that there was a delay due to production issues and that all orders from November would be delivered by the 16th December, however 16th December came and went and still no items. I have now emailed them numerous times as we are now over 4 months since I ordered and still no items, to just constantly get a generic email back with no real explanation or offer of refund or anything.
This is absolutely disgusting and can understand why they have such low ratings, all I want is a personalised email back explaining what's going on and whether I'm getting my items or my money back, but won't hold my breath...... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

After waiting months for my order which was a Christmas present for my partner, it finally arrived but it was all broken. It took ages to hear back after emailing, messaging and after commenting on their post, they said they would remake it for me and send it that was also months ago. I have emailed and messaged but heard nothing back and have now been blocked and am unable to contact them.
