I placed my order on the 15th of October and I have still not received it….correspondence is an absolute disgrace. I was sent a tracking ref. But my order never left their premises as EVRI confirmed that…I have asked for a refund and I have had no response. My grandson & nephew have been let down by gifts they never received for Christmas….I am extremely disappointed

Like the majority of writers of these reviews, I was badly let down, some might even say scammed by this company. As they clearly had no intention of either supplying the goods or offering a refund, I raised a dispute with my bank and 3 days later I was fully reimbursed. I’m a big advocate for supporting independent enterprises, but the behaviour of PGS, has not only made me extremely wary, it has harmed those hard working, legitimate business that are doing the right thing.

I am still waiting for my refund from November 2024 ,I ordered 2 mirrors and have not recieved them or a refund this site is a scam I have contacted them several times and had no reply it's disgusting ,I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose this money .

Ordered a Rugby Legends Mirror in October 2024 for Christmas and still hasn't arrived.
Emailed so many times now and all I get is an email saying we will get back to you. Really unprofessional and unacceptable!

Order a mirror for my son for Christmas said 4 weeks lead time. Then it changed to 9 weeks. I then chased it up and got a sob story about his brother dying abroad and I would still receive it before Christmas. Nothing arrived chased it up after Christmas and they said they would remake it. Nothing chased it up last week and they just ignore you. Found out today they have gone into liquidation claiming my money back from bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered for my Grandsons birthday.. QR code did not work for set up instructions emailed numerous times automated reply but never heard anything. Found some details on You Tube on set up, lights were working when I wrapped gave to my Grandson & it didn't work, very upset 6 year old. No reply to my emails. Terrible customer service.

Have not recieved an item I purchased in November for a Xmas present for my son. Nor have I received a refund even after several emails.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star took my money for 2 mirrors sept now Feb still no mirror s and no refund ignored all emails do not order you are just wasting your hard earned money

Tbh this company does not even deserve a 1 star! I ordered my daughter’s personalised mirror on the 2nd November 2024. I was told it would be received before Christmas. This was not true they then posted on Facebook about the struggles and overfilling orders… so everyone would receive there orders after Christmas in January … it’s now February 9th and I still have not received my order I have emailed them countless times and had back 2 emails over this whole period of time. The last email said they would be dispatching my order?? Still nothing. I would not recommend this company very untrustworthy I’m starting to think I have be conned!!

Ordered on the 31st of October and still waiting now! When we check it still says in production! We tried making contact and zero contact back from them ! These were Xmas presents aswell ! Never again stay clear! Don't waste your money

This is a new company that used to be Personalised Gift Studio. Been waiting for a replacement solar garden unit since October. Many promises but no unit.
No phone number and disgusting customer service. They went into liquidation and set up this new company immediately. Looked up on government companies house.

I made a purchase on 1st of November for Christmas. It is now 9th of February. I still do not have the item and I have not been refunded and I know nothing despite sending emails. I have been more than patient.

I foolishly was sympathetic to their unexpectedly busy online posts, bereavement and small family business excuses. Quite simply, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Sorely disappointed.

I try to never write bad reviews as I like to support small businesses & not bring them down BUT this company is a disgrace!!!!
Ordered a football mirror for my son months ago!!! Still have not received it! Gave them 3 months to send it to me as when they do reply to emails (which is not often) I said I would still wait. However has now been about 4months apsolutly taking the **** now!! Won't reply to emails asking for money back!!! Apsolute joke of a company!! Disgraceful!!!

I have find out 2 months after I made an order that the prduction of my product hasn't even started yet. I got refund 4 months after I made an order and it's only thanks to paypal. I had to open a case with paypal.
PGS use a very polite and apologetic emails as a tool to do whatever they want. I was one of those guys who was patient as I believe them at the beginning until I realised this is a one big scam

Absolutely disgusted with this company - like most other reviewers ordered 3 items October 21 and never received them, offered to complete the order in January and still nothing. This company has £75 of my money and I gave my great nephews the same amount for Christmas as I didn’t receive their gifts. It would seem I won’t see an items or refund!

This company are SCAMMERS I ordered 3 gifts for Xmas in October, nothing was ever sent and they are now not replying to Emails. Disgusting behaviour, they need looking into.

SCAMMED! Same as many others. Ordered mirror lamp 21.10.24; never arrived. No response from company - nothing but lies on social media/automated emails. Making a claim through credit card - here's hoping...
