NEVER order from this company! I ordered 2 football mirrors as Christmas presents back on 25th October 2024 after seeing numerous advertisements on Facebook. I received an e-mail shortly afterwards confirming that they would arrive in time for Christmas, but they never did. I have e-nailed numerous times but have only received automated replies. The last two promised direct contact within 48 hours, but that never materialised. I’m totally disgusted. Reading other recent reviews here, this company have scammed numerous people. Stay well away from them! 😡

Paid in October - 4 Months ago at the time of writing this, I’ve sent numerous emails about my order and never had a response.
I did receive an email in December (sent to many, I assume) apologising, they said they’re behind and that they will pick up emails in the New Year - they had closed for the festive period!
I also received an automatic email advising of shipment in December, progress I thought! But the link to track my item has never led to anything, the shipment number doesn’t seem to exist, the tracking hasn’t been updated in over 2 months and still, no order received and no refund. And no communication or update.
Facebook comments have been turned off on all their posts, doubt I’ll get either my money back or the item I ordered.
Shocking. Avoid at all costs, it seems their website is still up and running and it would appear they are still taking orders.

Ordered in October and still no mirror , they don't reply to emails . Can't find them on Facebook now but have found them on tiktok. Absolutely disgusting how they can get away with ripping people off and have a cheek to go on a cruise 🛳 with stolen money .

Company is a complete waste of time, ordered christmas present back in October 24, to be told it would arrive in time for christmas which it never did. Have emailed numerous times but to no avail. Absolutely disgusted that these people get away with this 🤬

Did not receive gift I paid for. The company is now in liquidation. The director has been involved with several companies which seem to have failed or unproductive. Whether this is due to lack of business acumen or lack of ethics or other, one can only guess. Some of the companies use the delivery firm ESTY which has dubius reviews. In all, not a good combination. So if you review a company before buying I suggest you check on the directors.

I ordered a Christmas present in October 2024. They took payment and I am still in February 2025 awaiting my product or a refund. Do not buy from this organisation!

2nd Feb 25 - I wouldn’t even give them one star! Like many reviews i ordered a mirror with personalised lettering on the 21st October 2024. Payment was taken and I have not received anything. Chased numerous times without response. Just standard emails saying October orders would be fulfilled by November then December and an email in early January asking whether I wanted a refund or still wanted the item. I thought I’d give them another chance and asked for them to complete the order in early January. Still nothing after chaser emails sent. Their website has multiple 5 star reviews . Be aware. The aftercare is non existent and I’m staring to think this was a scam all along…21/2/25 Update. it looks like they may have gone into administration now

Same as the other reviews....I ordered 2 mirror lights for £58 in October and they were never delivered or sent. Asked to be remade, no reply to 4 emails and 2 FB messages. Got a refund from PayPal and yesterday had a letter from a solicitor who is dealing with their debt to make their customers aware...trust me the letter states the hundreds of thousands of pounds they owe. Pure scammers...but it looks like they are being dealt with.

3 months on from contacting them with a problem with the item I purchased and not a single response. I gave them benefit of doubt over the festivities knowing they would be busy but it’s terrible customer service not to have caught up by now with genuine complaints. My item was such thin plastic it broke and the whole item stopped working after a year. You don’t expect an item that you pay good money for to only last a year. It’s very emotive for me as it was a solar plaque with my late mum on. It’s very upsetting and right now I have little confidence they will reply or provide resolution to my complaint. It’s not good business to ignore paying customers, with genuine complaints. Looks like the norm from this company according to the reviews. Trading standard issue looks like

Disgraceful behaviour from a so called business I was sympathetic at first as delays happen but it then just gets ridiculous they said in December it was ready to be picked up from Evri even had an Evri tracking number but that never came and never updated to say it was picked up in PGS website. They then emailed in January to say thank you for understanding and they have requested for it to be made again not sure why when it was apparently already done. Now they’ve stopped posting giving 0 updates and not replying to emails. A lot of upset disappointed people

3 weeks in no response, no email no items been emailing everyday no phone number, to call. I would avoid at all costs I would like a refund

SCAM COMPANY. Please stay away from this company they take your money and never deliver the goods. No responses to any emails. Had to go to my bank to get my money back. Also reported them to Google.

This company is a SCAM they take your order and your money and then you never receive your order or your money back. They have no contact number and never answer emails. They have turned comments off their Facebook and Instagram pages as they know how many unhappy customers they have. I placed an order in October and not order arrived, I was told I would get a refund in Jan and still no refund or response to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Stay clear from this company they are a scam. I ordered 4 mirrors early November for Christmas presents nearly £100 and I'm still waiting. I emailed them for a refund which they said I could have. 4 weeks in and I've still not received it. Most emails are auto-generated from "Mike and the team"This rip off company cost me £200 as then I had to go and buy alternative presents. Again STAY CLEAR!!

Purchased 2 of the personalised lights for my daughters for Xmas, on set up one worked and one didn’t, 6 weeks of emails and still no replacement light strip although I was promised one by “Mike” quite some weeks ago!
No reply to my last 8/9 emails.
Complete waste of money and time, very frustrating.
Customer service very, very poor.

If I could vote with a 0 star I would !! Absolute scammers , put in an order start of November and still not received my order emailed multiple times and no reply ! my mum also placed an order end of October and she still hasn’t received her order or a refund ! If I could put in pictures of the emails I have received from them making up excuses I would but it doesn’t let me ! I paid £35 for mine and wether or not it was £5 or £35 I still want my money back !

Scammed out of my money on an order. Ordered back end of October 24 for a Xmas present. Company kept making excuses for why my order had not been processed and not within timescales. Company explained they have dealt with issues I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Got asked mid January if I want my order remade or refunded. I asked remade and they sent an email saying I had chose refund and my money will be in my bank account within 5 working days. Still no sign of it, emailed multiple times and now no response. £30 I’ll never get back.

Do not buy anything. Absolutely appalling. Item never arrived and no refund 4 months of emailing . SCAMMERS.

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM, I ordered in October and I'm still waiting for a refund or even a reply back to my countless emails!!! They delete all the bad comments on Facebook, people are still waiting for orders they have placed for Christmas and they're advertising valentines gifts! What a joke!!

It's now gone into liquidation! I wouldn't be surprised if they start up again under another name.

Update yup! He's instantly started again, called Blessed moments on Facebook. Under page transparency you can see the profile used to be called personalised gift studio
