honestly this is the first time I've ever purchased pet insurance or finally chosen one. I've looked at a ton of other ones and I honestly didn't feel like they actually cared and I know I have what could be considered a senior cat but this one made sense and I understood what was being said because they were explained in a way that made sense.

I like the insurance offered through the University of Iowa. I did not like how difficult is was to register my two dogs. Yep I have two of them, one of them did not go through one of them did. I tried to check the # given to talk to about that and the person on the other line could not hear me also said my University ID was completely different than my University ID which I was reading from my University card. There were two insurances I did one of them the other one seemed better at adding dogs if you had more than one which mistakenly I did not pick. I filled all the paper work and still don't know if my other dog was registered or not and I don't want to do it twice because I would rather you didn't take out twice as much from my paycheck!

I had no idea if my payment had gone through because the system went offline and in between didn’t get notification.
