The person in spoke with today was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. The only concern i have had nothing to do with how she handled the call or the information she provided. It had to do with my previous policy getting cancelled due to non-payment when I had it set up on auto-ACH. It shouldnt have rejected and even though it apparently did, I dont recall getting a notification for the cancelation.

My agent was Jesus. I contacted him because I wanted to add a new pet to my plan. He thoroughly reviewed all of my options and clearly explained how each policy works. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the coverage available to me. He also provided his name, direct extension, and let me know he would be our ongoing agent, and I could reach out to him directly if I needed assistance in the future Jesus was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.
