The gluten free pizza is absolutely disgusting. It's like cardboard. And has a weird after taste . I nearly throw up

Bought 4 pizzas for family, we found them really low quality, poor tasting and greasy. Everyone binned most of their pizza citing it was almost inedible. Can't believe that they are selling this 'food' of this standard. It was a very unenjoyable and even an unpleasant experience, that we won't be doing again.

They don't advise about deals even when asked. When asking about the $20 for 3 large pizza's plus jandels.I was told by the sever to show him regarding the deal. Later he denied all knowledge of it and me even asking. Are the staff on a bonus NOT to promote deals as advertised on TV? This isnt the first time at Tamatea Napier this has happened. I wont be returning nor will i ever promote this brand

Pizza Hut Thames NZ - 2 dry pizzas with hardly any toppings which made the base very dark, hard & bread like. This was their second chance, no more!!

Pizza hut dinsdale .......one of the worst pizz i have ever taken.....not recommended.......customer service was like hell. Anx food was not properly cooked and base sauce like a garbage cheese was not melted.
Yuck......will never come agian and not recommended to others.

Most rubbish store manager at Botany hub and Flat bush, Ordering App doesn’t work and yet they charged me full price even though I ordered the ‘ pizza of the day’!

My pizzas were late and almost cold also my fries were the same as well as soggy...The g.p.s tracker wasn't activated..My pizzas were one Gourmet pizza and one value pizza and there was no difference in the quality with both being short on toppings..

Not the first time its happened, but i forgave it previously, blaming myself, but not twice ! Serious UPSELLING by stealth going in. I asked for (and pointed to ) 3 large pizzas. The bill was $50+. I queried the charges and he/they had upsold me to Extra Lg Pizzas, not Lg. Be CLEAR when ordering yr Pizzas.
Regret posting this but i feel its the right thing to do.

We've been regular customers.
A while back we we're Craving Pizza hut, As we've had Fantastic food and service.
We get Super Supreme with pineapple on half, as we have someone allergic to fruit, with little base sauce.
When we gave our order, the young person behind counter told us that they don't do halves anymore.
We actually wanted something off.
We were Gagged, Annoyed and left.
We went in again awhile after, to get a supreme again but to our surprise we were able to get Exactly what we wanted, to our surprise.
The lady was A Mazing.
We went back in today and got the same lady.
So we would like to Shout out to CHK 254641 we don't know her name, but THANKU.
We've had a stressful wk so again Thanku🥰

I had the worst pizza I've ever tasted from Pizza Hutt Kaitaia. It's really difficult to get pizza wrong, but well done Kaitaia, you managed to butcher it.

Bought from Pizzahut Remarkables Park Queenstown. Their pizzas are horrible, totally covered with sweet sickly sauce. Could not eat it. Threw them away

Please empty the voice mail box regularly, this seems to be an on going issue with you guys, I want a refund for what was not delivered!!

did visit pizza hut Newlynn Auckland yesterday.
ordered 3 pizzas. after long time I visited the shop, it was disappointing experience. no tomato base on pizza and not cheesy. only tasted base and felt that it was just waste of money.
I remember when buffalo chicken pizza was introduced the quality and toppings was awesome.
but yesterday same pizza i ordered and felt to throw it.
overall dissapointing experience

Ordered a Margarita Pizza, almost no tomato base and the cheese so thin you could count the gratings. Noisy, dirty and no wifi. Felt very light weight and small for a "large" Nothing as seen advertised on TV. This was from Pizza Hut, Colombo Street, Christchurh.

Pizza good, but wth is the point of contactless when the driver phones you to come outside? I have an injured leg, had to walk 2x houses across because the driver got confused even though our street number is clearly written on mailbox and house. Wth man
