Terrible Pizza from Stancombe Ro last night (18 April) Paid $18.99 for a De Lux Pizza which was tough and chewy with hardly any cheese. I was on time for pick up som it hadn't dried up. Also they forgot the fries I ordered which were charged for so had to wait. $6 Pizzas from other pizza outlets much nicer. Won't be earning any more Pizza Hutt Pizzas.

I paid $117.00 for food. It arrived one hour late and very very cold. Shame on you. This is the Ferrymead Pizza Hut. Don't go there.

Pizzahut new lynn has the most friendly and well spoken staffs, they are always busy during their lunch and peak hours but manage to deliver order within time frame. They get my order right always

Quay street doesn’t know how to make a meat lovers - they didn’t put bbq sauce on it. Also, they got kids running around in the back. Unprofessional little click.

Went to the Hornby Pizza Hutt this evening. The time to pick up our order was 18:15 as we ordered online. When I got there the queue was out the door wasn't moving as they were very slow at serving the customers . When I finally got to the front of the queue I was told my order wasn't ready. I paid and the manager hadn't remembered how much I had handed over as she entered the wrong amount into the till. I asked how long it would be and was told 5-6 minutes. 20minutes later I was given my order. Went I got to the car I checked my order and the chips were soggy which is normal for this store so I took them back and had to wait again to be assisted as the manager was busy trying to get the staff to fill the orders. I got a replacement for the chips. Other people had been waiting for over 30 minutes for their orders. It seemed like the manager was disorganised and wasn't qualified to do the job she was tasked to do. I understand they were busy as I use to manage kitchens and run cafes but there was no reason to have been waiting so long if the order time from the time it's meant to be ready is 15mins even if i was there more than 5 minutes later to allow for extra time to ensure the order would be ready.

Pizza Hut Howick - One star is too much - ordered online - pick up time was 16.33 - got there 16.42 - waited, waited - no one at front - eventually a man came in - shouted out to ask for his order - I was there b4 him - gave his order, then waited another few min b4 asking me and giving my order. Had 5 people waiting in store and no-one serving. This has happened over and over at our local store - ZERO customer service!!!! Website to complain sucks too! Over it! Spend my money elsewhere!

Pizza Hut KAIKOHE are probably one of the best pizza outlets we've been to. Amazing customer service and really went the extra mile to ensure we were happy ! Delicious pizzas! I must say they weren't shy on the toppings not like other Pizza places YUM! Will definitely visit pizza hut KAIKOHE again Thanks so much guys :)) Mandy & the Whanau

Delivered someone else's order then took over half an hour to deliver our order! Considering the store was only about 5 or so minutes away, bloody poor service when you're super busy and need lunch!

Whakatane pizza hut, $8 cheaper than dominos for the same deal.. perfect fresh heaps of meat good service thanks whakas

Ordered a Limo, 3 pizzas & I swear I ordered topping for each pizza, there was hardly any topping at all pizza - no meat on meat lovers and still looking for flavours on others. This is disgraceful especially for the price you charge. This was from the ilam store. You all need to sort your s*** out. I am not the only 1 star - come on Pizza Hut - do something to improve your business- Will not be ordering again.

It was late by 15 mins and chicken bites were dry and disgusting hash bites were under cooked, just not pleasent at all could cook my own better than that

So disappointed. I went there and ordered a vegetarian pizza and they gave me a soggy pizza and so salty. Never coming there again, disgusting!
