Received a defective cap on a container and was not helped at all. First time and last time being a customer. Spent $200 as a first time customer and was challenged on the replacement of 1 item with a defect. You lost a loyal customer over one replacement definitely not a good business model when there are really good well known competition in this space. I decided to give a smaller brand a chance versus going directly with the larger companies. Lesson learned.

I am very happy with my first order with Plant Therapy and have since placed two more orders! The items arrived timely and are quality products. As a small business owner (only myself), I was disappointed to see that the wholesale program requires too high of a minimum quarterly purchase. However, I love the products and will continue to be a customer. Thank you!

I cannot seem to delete my negative review. Plant Therapy went above and beyond to make things right with me, and I appreciate all they did. I will continue to purchase from them in the future, and they will be my go-to for all my essential oil needs.
I’ve been using Plant Therapy oils & balms for many years and have always been extremely happy with their products. My absolute favorite is their Healing Balm. The feel and smell of it is so luxurious! After beginning my oil journey with a MLM company I have been so happy that I found Plant Therapy. All of their products are of the highest quality and are hands down better or equal to the higher priced MLM products. They always ship my orders quickly and at no charge. They also have some very useful information on their website & blogs. Try them and you won’t be disappointed!

The documents clearly showed what they were asking for, my EIN number and I even uploaded my sales tax license. No help whatsoever, rude customer service rep. I’ll be sticking with my other wholesalers. Complete waste of my time!

You will be lucky If and When you receive your products! When I ordered my product it stated I would receive it within 5 business days. It has now been WELL OVER A WEEK. They sent it snail mail! Who knows when I will receive it. It is now June 7, 2025!

I love all the essential oils from Plant Therapy. Highly recommend! Top 3 must buy should be: Lavender, Peppermint and Lemon.
I am deluged with emails from Plant Therapy. I really like their products and will continue to order from them. Every day I receive unsolicited emails from them, and I wish this would stop. I don't have time to answer all their survey questions. Please, just let me order my products and stop all these emails!

I had an issue with Plant therapy customer service in February 2023 and vowed not to order from them again even though I loved their oils! I received an email this week saying they had read my email and apologized for their mistake. This is what great customer service looks like. They are a small company working out the bugs in their customer service department and they are willing to accept responsibility where they fall short. I appreciate Plant Therapy's willingness to improve and I will once again order from them. We need more love and patience in the world and I'll start with giving them another try.
Plant therapy is the best. Its so amazing that it's the only marketing email I've signed up for. But I regret it. I had no idea they would email everyday. Since August I've gotten about 90 emails. I don't have the energy to have my emails so clogged up with unsolicited and solicited emails. I don't understand why companies take this much space.
I've used oils from MLM organizations, and the quality for the price makes much more sense at Plant Therapy. Plus, they don't endorse dangerous practices, like ingesting oils. The blog and resources areas of the site are loaded with fantastic info following the Tisserand models of Aromatherapy, which is what I studied back in the early 90s. I joined the Oil of the Month club for the unique oils that I get each month and this month's selection just arrived and I am delighted as always!
I have been a Plant Therapy customer for 2 years and have spent almost 2000.00 with them. There have been delivery issues in the past and although the customer service agents are friendly they do not follow through. You have to contact them multiple times. The last straw for me was my last order on May 30th. When I received my CBD FS Oil about 1/3 of the product had leaked out and all over another item. It was in a vinyl mailer with no packing or cushion of any kind. I emailed 2x and called 2x. The first time I called after not receiving a reply to my email after week was with Jordan. She said she would send a replacement and didn't even address the other item that got soaked by the oil. After another I week I called and spoke to JC who said they never received my emails and didn't see a replacement coming but assured me a replacement would be sent out. I told them I would return the damaged bottle but was told that would not be necessary. It has been two weeks since the last phone call and no replacement has arrived. The CBD oil is very expensive. I paid for a whole bottle, not a partial one. I am taking the loss and not shopping with Plant Therapy anymore.
I'm a loyal customer of PT and always ordered their products from Amazon. But this time simply because some products were not available on Amazon I ordered them directly from their very own website.
In addition to the mistake they made that prevented the parcel to be imported to the EU and hence it will be shipped back to them, they used the worst postal service in the world. So, it has taken about 3 months and PT's customer service says they'll issue a refund after receiving the parcel and I absolutely have no clue whatsoever of where the parcel is and when they'll receive it.
Result: No items received, no refunds, worst shipment experience ever

I first ordered from them off of Amazon without realizing it would be just as easy and even BETTER on the official website. When I received my order it was packaged very well and even included a sticker! Definitely buying from them again.
I always enjoy Plant Therapy products and service. Top quality oils, good member prices and clear labeling for kid and pet safety. I enjoy being part of the Oil Of The Month Club, to receive a surprise oil or set of oils each month. And every order comes with a new, clever, sticker. Plant Therapy makes me proud to share their products. I would try to convert every DoTerra and Young Living fan into new Plant Therapy family. 👪
I've been a happy and loyal PT customer for about 8 years. Through the years a bottle here and there has arrived broken and when I called to let them know, they'd apologize and send me another. This was not frequent but it did happen. (Some forms of their packaging ensure undamaged products better than others)
I recently bought several oils in their BOGO and was disappointed to see that I was not credited BOGO for equal but only for my lesser oils. ie: I bought 2@$15, 2@$7, 2@$6. I paid full price for both $15 and one $7 bottle and got one $7 and both $6 bottles free. This means the total was $37 rather than $28. I emailed customer service and was told that the BOGO was equal or lesser value and to have a great day. Most companies that I've shopped with give you BOGO on equal rather than lesser when you have several products that can be equally applied. I'm saddened by the way they've chosen to handle this situation as it seems subtly dishonest in their favor and makes me wonder that if they can't be trusted in small details (honoring their advertised sale prices), can they be trusted in larger ones (quality and sourcing)
I have been a customer of this company for several years. Every order is completed quickly and correctly. Customer service is always available and happy to answer questions. I highly recommend them to everyone interested in essential oils!
