Plowz & Mowz Bewertungen 

This was the 4th time I've used this app, and the 2nd time they couldn't find anyone to do the work. The two times they came last winter for snow removal was great. The two times this summer I have booked for lawn mowing they can't seem to find anyone who will do it. They are poor with communication. I have to contact them at the end of the week now (when they could have mowed any day this week) to see if they have someone coming to mow. Their response was that the provider hadn't gotten back to them yet. Ok, were they going to let me know? I guess not. I won't be using them again.

Terrible product please be warned!! Company utilizes non professionals using at home equipment. Blades are not sharpened so cut is uneven, mowers aren't cleaned so large chunks of grass from prior jobs are left throughout your lawn. They show up on random days at random times (including 7am), cancel same day and completely no show. Company continues to charge your credit card on a weekly basis despite weeks where no one shows to cut the lawn. They then dispute this and claim lawn was actually cut. Bottom line is the company offers a trash product and is straight up willing to steal from you.

Dishonest and not trustworthy. Don't waste your time with these crooks!

Ordered service, was quoted a price, immediately charged, for an amount about 10% higher than what was in the confirmation email, nobody came. Called to complain, was given a new service date, nobody came AGAIN. Now I'm contesting the transaction through my bank, trying to get my money back...

I should have called a trustworthy local company right away, these guys sit in New York and talk a big game but aren't ready to deliver.

Terrible Experience avoid, I had them mowing my rental duplexes. Said that one was mowed when it was clearly not. I sent them a picture of the unmowed grass and they would not stand behind their work. Basically said sorry I am unable to help you.. what the heck is that. I don't mind paying to get a job done but when it's not and my tenants are unhappy then I really shouldn't owe. When I told them to cancel my remaining scheduled cuts they replied with a "Sure, I can do that for you! Have a wonderful day:)"

Very satisfied with their service. Plowz & Mowz did a great job! Will definitely tried their service again. You must try their service too. Very organized, great job!

Quick to respond to questions and concerns however no one ever showed up to mow my lawn. They kept reassigning the mowing, but could never tell me when someone was coming to mow. They kept leading me on like they were solving the problem, but never actually solved the problem.

Worst service I’ve used. Every week there is a new problem from broken gutters that have either been stepped on, mowed over, sections of lawn not cut, and a fertilizer job that applied streaks and designs over a small portion of my lawn that I was charged for.

Don’t wish this service in your worst enemy.

Lawn and landscape your backyard can be very tiring. So if you don't wanna get your hands dirty, just sit back and relax and let the experts do the work. Plowz & Mowz services are crafted according to your needs from trimming and pruning, fertilization, snow/leaf removal and clean up, and others. You name it and they'll take in-charge. Superb customer service at its best!

Overpriced and under performed. Grass looks terrible for what we paid. I won't be using this service again and I will be warning folks to stay away from them.

Paid nearly $400 for a large job that normally takes 4 people 5 or more hours to complete. When they arrived told me it would cost at least 200 more and needed to negotiate price. Fast forward they ended up working one guy with hedge clippers and one guy hauling for a job that was suppose to require power trimming and cutting bushes and weeds. After 45 min I was under the impression they were looking to see how it looked so far. To my surprise they were done. Customer service didn't bother to review pictures. Told me don't take me as crass but a job that takes you all day may only take landscaper an hour. Will not give partial refund. Rude. I'm out 400 bucks for something that looks like anything was hardly done. Then middle man tells me he can come back for 300 to do what I originally contracted them for. Just don't.

Hey everyone, if you want your yard mowed, DO NOT schedule with Plowz and Mowz in the Akron, OH area! No-showed once again. I understand things happen, but I scheduled service three, yes 3, days in advance. Well, here I sit chatting with the "help desk" and they cannot provide me with an ETA or an update. The only thing Brett could give me is a big old I DUNNO! It is 6:15 PM and no one has been anywhere near my grass. To make it even worse, they had the audacity to insult me with a 10% discount for a rescheduled appointment...ooooohhhh, that $7 is so worth it! If I wanted the grass cut on Tuesday, I would have scheduled it for Tuesday! NOPE! Never Ever again!

I wanted Plowz & Mowz to succeed. I gave them 3 years to prove themselves and they have been singularly consistent in one thing - incompetence.

From missed mows (the usual go to excuse given for the last year has been “provider had an equipment issue”), to not responding for hours, to not raking my lawn for the leaves service I hired and paid them for, to plows not showing up, to missing scheduled day after day after day (yes, not scheduled time but scheduled DAYS) Plowz & Mowz has almost been a clinical demonstration on how incompetence can somehow against all odds still run a terrible business.

Let me show you a review I had written for the lead removal I hired them for that I didn’t post to give you just a GLIMPSE into the train wreck that is Plowz & Mowz:

“This is a total scam. They sat on my $200.00+ for leaf removal for 2.5 weeks. They claimed the job was assigned 6 times and then 6 times it was delayed. Meanwhile we went from fall to winter. We are now getting 12” of snow on top of the leaves in my yard and I STILL have not received my money back they took for the job though the job is cancelled. Contacting attorney general, department of commerce and the CFPB.
UPDATE: they finally did have someone out and clean my leaves... 4 1/2 months after the date that I had hired them for. Literally 137 days late for their appointment. They gave me 30% off for my trouble”

Every single thing I am saying can be backed up with email after email after email after email from them - always with an excuse.

Tonight I finally got fed up and said “no more” and cancelled my (once again missed) mow, cancelled my weekly mowing service with them and am now taking to the internet as an evangelist against the rampant, nonsensical, dubious scam and ripoff that is Plowz & Mowz in the hopes that I can help someone much wiser than myself who actually reads reviews on these clowns to not waste their time, money and patience hiring them.

I literally can’t think of ANYTHING that I can say that will even scratch the surface on just how bad of a company this is - from bad customer service to inconsistent results to just not caring one bit about the damaged clients, driveways and lawns that they leave in their wake.

I guess the Better Business Bureau said it best when they REVOKED Plowz & Mowz accreditation.

Please for the love of God, do yourself a favor and AVOID this company at all costs. Tear up your lawn and rip up your driveway if you must - I promise you, it is better than the horrible experience that Plowz & Mowz will put you through!

Plowz & Mowz - simply put - does not value or respect its customers.

Horrible service. Never had debris blown all over my street and property. Usually give them 5 stars. Very disappointed this time. Contacted Plowz and Mowz and sent pics. Was told the provider will return. Waited a few hours. Checked back and was informed they will return in the morning. All set. Ended up cleaning up the debris myself.

Awesome and convenient service

They were able to turn my terrible lawn into a beautiful and well-kept place to rest. I found what I was looking for and I am absolutely satisfied.

Terrible service. They schedule the job and then cancel it repeatedly with no explanation or apology. I gave up. My coworker had a similar story, and another coworker incurred damage to their garage door which the company refused to fix.
