This an amazing company they cover from a water pipe fitting, drainage to block paving and timber we’ve used them for many years and won’t use anyone else great support all around.

I have been using them for a few years now and never had any problems at all .
They are far cheaper than most
And always have good amounts of stock .
Have tried many merchants over the years they all start of ok then start to become unreliable and mess you around which has not been the case with nationwide.
Sales team are all friendly and helpful which is a bonus too.

The worst customer service and delivery system ever. I placed order for a next day delivery but I have to call two days later to be told the item is on the way. The driver called me around 16.00 o'clock to tell that he is 20 minutes away from my house...but 10 minutes later he called me again and let me know that he is not able to deliver on time despite that should be one day before. And because was Friday they told me that they make delivery next week! The answer was that if you pay for next day delivery they are charging you even if they deliver in 5 or 10 days!
Don't deserve any star...is too much for their service!
1Update: After a few days they are denying the situation and the asked for order number to be checked. After that they said that the order number provided is for a different costumer! At the end I was in the situation to send a copy of the invoice to Trustpilot!🤫 Checked!!!
2 Update: I really think they want to see their invoice here!
