I ordered a load of post and rail fencing and postcreate. Only the posts and the postcrete turned up when due on a Friday. Four times I called them, and each time, they promised to call me back but didn't. On Monday, my builder made a start with the posts while I called and emailed them again. Eventually, the builder could not go any further, so he went to another job. Amazingly, someone from Nationwide called me and said that they were out of stock, and the boss was ringing around to get more. They assured me they would call me with an update. A week later, there was no call, and I had to buy the rails from elsewhere. These guys are muppets!

Ordered close board fence panels, one the panels were damaged. A replacement was agreed for one panel, let down and messed around for 2 weeks to resolve a straight swap. When the replacement was provided it was damaged. I complained several times to various members of staff, Paul , Adam Paige,Adam Brown (director) totally unreliable! No courtesy callback, I as the customer chasing them for a resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Very unprofessional way of running a family business. It has cost me time and money with the contractor! Such an unprofessional company.I would not recommend this company to my contractor or anyone looking to buy goods, customers should think twice before ordering or buying goods from this company.

Ordered fences. They gave a delivery date. Called twice to make sure it was on track for delivery. On the day of delivery I called them to ask where my fences are, and they tell me it’s actually put of stock (despite it clearly saying that it was in stock when I ordered).

They did apologise and provide an immediate refund however it caused me so many issues because I had builders waiting to use the fence panels.

Could have been avoided if they just took notice when I called twice in the days before the delivery was due.

Two stars because they admitted fault and were quick to refund and explain that it wouldnt happen again.
