Absolutely love purchasing from Podur.
I always have a great experience. The staff are helpful and kind, really value feedback. The quality of their clothing is impeccable.

I fell in love with Podur when my sister bought me a piece for my birthday. Since then, I have been purchasing dresses and abayas from all their collections. However, I was disappointed last year when I bought a dress from their Eid collection, as the lace on the side came off after just one use. I emailed them about the issue, but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do, which was quite disheartening. Given that the dresses I purchase are quite expensive, I expect them to be of good quality and well-stitched. Additionally, I have noticed that the packaging has been of a poorer standard recently, compared to before when they used to package items with the brand name more elegantly.

Worst company ever! I bought a dress for £70, was only willing to spend this much because it was modest. It did look really nice but started ripping immediately. I kid you not, I didn’t even get one wear out of this dress. I returned and they refused to refund or offer any resolution as it has perfume scent.

I’ve never had such poor customer service. They are unethical and scammers, stay away and save your money!

I recently purchased two dresses, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The dresses are absolutely beautiful, and the quality is fantastic. I did have to make a return, but the process was handled so smoothly and professionally. The customer service team was excellent and made everything so easy for me. I'm really impressed with their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. I'll definitely be repurchasing again!

I bought the summer lily dress and it’s beautiful a pink champagne colour. It looks so expensive and I’m obsessed with the sleeves and side profile. I would definitely recommend sizing up one or two as they run a little small!

I had to return a dress because it was too small. Their return policy requires a ribbon around the sleeve untampered with. Unfortunately for me, they sent me the small dress originally with the ribbon already cut. I never wore it or used it because I purchased a bigger size and mailed the smaller size back the same day immediately after . They refuse to refund me although I purchased the bigger dress on the same day and it was retunes as is damage free
Edit: A month later, and after the product was returned and received by them, I have not been refunded, yet!

I had my graduation coming up and they gave me 10% off to celebrate it. Honestly, such a good service and I would highly recommend it. Fast delivery, and very fast communication.

Each and every piece I own from this business is made with the highest quality material & such care is taken when stitching. I love podur dresses & am now a loyal customer. I love that I can purchase and be content that the material will be perfect and design will always be modest

I love purchasing from PODUR
it’s one of my favourite brands out their. I’ve only ever returned one piece and I have maybw 8 or 9. The quality is fantastic, they look new even after years. They really are timeless and classy. Couldn’t recommend more.

Their stuff is pretty but the sizing is so off and not well made

Nothing is lined, it's a thin fabric that is sooo delicate and feels like you're wearing glass

The colour is also never accurate. I ordered from their bridal line and what was off white in the pic was very yellow in person!

Additionally the sizing is completely off. I am 5'2 and ordered 54 inch , and it was way above my ankle! The regular sizing for dresses is also off, and runs way smaller

When you email them, they take forever to respond (minimum 1 week) for a simple request such as the Pantone colour. The description on the site is lacking hence I ask basic questions before having to pay international shipping

Customer service is also bad. I ordered a dress and the side stitching was so wonky when you wore the dress it went from tight to loose to tight. Not matching the product photo. The hemming was defective and they had the audacity to charge for return shipping for a defective product. I was about to file a chargeback with my credit card and only then did they want to take responsibility.

I purchased since the first started, and he first dress I have has so many snags.

I really wish they would improve their customer service and reevaluate the prices for such THIN fabric which is sheer for some dresses, which makes no sense when you claim to be modest fashion.

Most recent dress felt cheap and stiff like a curtain material.

After 4 dresses, safe to say I will not be purchasing again moving forward.

Absolutely amazing quality abayas and hijaabs! The customer service team are very supportive and helpful! Would 100% recommend Podur to all my family and friends.

I can give everyone certainty about the shipping. It said 4 working days and it really took that long. I live in Belgium, maybe it is different for other countries. Everyone can have a different opinion about quality. I had a lot of pearls on my dress and they were all stitched one by one onto the dress, wich is very special. The fabric is not very thick, but it is thin and may not feel very high quality to some, you can see through it. I think the length for my dress is a bit too short, so pay attention to that as well. Otherwise it is a beauty of a dress. Definitely recommended ❤️ Thanks Podur

Emailed to ask if a dress was a wrap dress due to needing to breastfeed at a wedding. I received a quick response with a video attached showing the opening of the dress and decided to order. It was delivered promptly and looked lovely. Only fault was it was a tad bit see-thru but that was expected with such a light colour.

I am writing to share my recent experience with an order I placed, as I believe it is important for you to be aware of the issues I encountered.

Unfortunately, the quality of the dresses I received was far below my expectations. The beadwork on the garments has already started to peel off, which is quite disappointing. Additionally, I attempted to reach out to customer service for assistance, but I did not receive any response, which further compounded my frustration.

Given these circumstances, I would advise caution to anyone considering placing an order with this company. It seems that there are significant quality control and customer service issues that need to be addressed.

Please don’t buy from this scam company, they do not treat their customers fairly and they will not help you.

I purchased 2 dresses from Podur. They arrived promptly, one was great, the other one had a faulty zip, meaning I couldn’t unzip the dress to wear. This was my graduation dress, and it was unwearable. They asked me for proof of the fault, which I sent and they accepted that the dress was faulty and unwearable. They refused to send me out a new dress or refund me, unless I sent them the faulty dress. I explained my graduation was very close and I wasn’t in a position to send it back when I was home and receive the new dress in time, and to please either refund me so I could buy another dress, or to send out a new dress. They refused to do either. Under consumer law, they are obligated to replace a faulty item or to refund the money. I explained this to them and they refused to take any accountability or rectify the issue. They ruined my graduation

I really wish I had never purchased with them. I will never buy from them again, and have told friends and family to steer clear. Their current reviews show that many people have problems with their nasty customer support. Do better Podur!

I bought the lily dress. Its actually gold and a different material to what it shows online. No wonder they dont allow reviews on their page. The dress came used and smelt horrible. It was a strong sweat smell which was concentrated under the arms and around the torso, indicative of it being used. Quality isnt as good as it seems and overall very disappointing. Ive reached out and had no response since and im reading thr other reviews and it seems the customer service isnt too great. Very disappointing guys.
