Prompt delivery of the two tile samples we requested. One of the samples is perfect for our project and we will be ordering some. Our previous experience with purchases from this company has been excellent both in terms of the quality of the tiles and customer service.

Samples arrived quickly and were good quality. However dropped a start as one of the tiles was broken.

Ordered a sample from Porcelain Superstore that was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The communication and processes was superb, would highly recommend them

Absolutely fantastic quick delivery!! Packaged so well. Beautiful tiles. Friendly helpful staff and easy to use website. Everything explained.
Will be ordering soon for our kitchen. Thankyou.

Ordered some samples for a fireplace hearth, each sample showed that what I was seeing on the website was a true representation of the real thing. Will be ordering whole tiles in due course.

Really helpful team, samples arrived quickly and personal quotes have helped ensuring we get what’s right for us

Highly recommended

I ordered 4 samples from Porcelain Superstore and they arrived in perfect condition, very timely delivery. I think the size of the samples were adequate in getting an idea of the colour and pattern variation, and I like that one of the tiles with chipped edge came with the edge which is really useful as a representative.
Will be ordering from them again!

I had a positive experience with Porcelain Superstore. The samples arrived really quickly and were helpful. John from the sales team was friendly and helpful when following up with me. I look forward to placing my order!

Great selection of quality tile samples with free delivery. Made choosing tiles very easy and would definitely recommend

I have to confess I was nervous about ordering from an online company for my new extension flooring but the tiles arrived on the correct date and although some were broken (8) that was due to heavy handling by the delivery man, who dropped the pallet. One email to Porcelain Superstore meant that new ones were delivered within a couple of days. I love my floor and have had many compliments about it.

Really quick service great quality samples

I was attracted by a much lower price than some high street tile shops. So far, so good in that the tile sample arrived promptly and apparently I can order in advance and ask for a specific delivery date.
I'll let you know how it goes.......

I ordered a few tile samples and they came through very fast and are great quality. I will be submitting a request for a quote!

I've ordered the Fez Chalk Wall Tile for my kitchen & The Pink Fluted tile + the matching Pink Fluted Decor tile. They are all beautiful and won handsdown over the samples I ordered from various competitors. And this is also the only company that has offered a discount, so happy days !
I'll post images once the kitchen & Bathroom are finished :)

Really quick service receiving samples. Very good quality and competitiviley priced. Highly recommend byying tiles from here.

Liz was amazing and used her initiative (which is very rare in this industry) to get a big order over the line, would recommend

John,Sales Manager & his Team have been most helpful in assisting in selecting the Midlake White porcelain tile. It is truly beautiful.
Today I reached out to John requesting information regarding the Care for my Porcelain tile as I have been advised by the Tiler to purchase a steam mop.
John has replied to my email promptly and with most helpful and valuable information.
I am grateful and appreciative of his kind assistance. Thank you. Maria🌻🐶

Great quality, felt much more premium and in line with what we were after vs some other samples we had. When it came to placing order, was easy to do and delivered on the date as described. No damages and the 10% spare advised was about right. Would recommend and use again, the bathroom looks beautiful thank you

Falsely advertised tiles as in stock, even after they informed me they didn’t have them they were still available to purchase. Expected Delivery date to their warehouse was later than the delivery date I had chosen at checkout. Might want to check the item you want is actually in stock before you order, particularly if you’re on a project timeline! Customer service was lacking detail to say the least. Won’t be going back for bathrooms, porch or hallway tiles.

Tiles arrived promptly,well packed
Very impressed...

Thank You
