James Ferguson in the Edinburgh shop was very pleasant and helpful. He was ready to assist and answered all the questions I had. Even after leaving the shop, he has continued to be helpful via email.

We visited the Porcelanosa showroom in Glasgow to plan a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. Our sales representative Abby Matthews was Fantastic- nothing was too much trouble and her help and support was exceptional. All of our beautiful tiles, sink, vanity unit and toilet was from Porcelanosa and we are very pleased with the quality and look of our finished bathroom. Many thanks Abby 🙏

From the first time we arrived at the showroom in Croydon, Rachel Camilleri was welcoming and helpful. Rachel took the time to listen to our ideas and guided us around the showroom and the different tiling options available. Rachel stayed in touch, checking in and updating us as there were pricing changes coming through the supply chain. In the end, we did not get our tiles from Porcelanosa, but this was in no way down to Rachel who remained friendly, helpful, and positive throughout, taking a genuine interest in our project.

Made a call and spoke to James Ferguson who was very helpful and efficient. James gave us a great price for the product we wanted and arranged the order and free delivery to the local store. Very happy with the quick service. Very helpful and dress fee. Thanks

I initially called the Porcelanosa branch in Glasgow where I spoke to Szymon Wroniszewski who was very professional when assisting with my request for a sample tile. He helpfully explained the process and when I collected the sample I was equally impressed by his willingness to help. I also chatted briefly to Kyle Canavan when in store.

When I called the next morning to place the order, I asked to speak to Szymon however he was on a day off. It was Kyle who answered the call and he remembered I had been in the day before and again was very helpful when processing the order.

Both Kyle and Szymon provided excellent customer service and are a credit to your staffing within the Glasgow branch. Thanks both!

I have been dealing with Ronald Kamwa on selecting and ordering tiles. It was a great experience and it was a very easy process dealing with him.
