Si vous cherchez de la réactivité, elle ne dure que le temps de l'encaissement. Une fois l'argent versé, le service s'arrête net.
Après modification d'une commande pour un équipement de douche encastrable, le vendeur Thibaut Ponsaille m'avait expressément assuré qu'il n'y aurait aucun problème pour effectuer un remboursement, prétextant qu'un autre client reprenait une commande similaire. Résultat ? Cela fait plus de trois mois que je me retrouve avec 2 000 € de marchandises sur les bras, parfaitement neuves, ni ouvertes ni utilisées.
Aujourd'hui, l'enseigne refuse catégoriquement de me reprendre le matériel, revenant complètement sur la parole donnée. Un manque de professionnalisme inacceptable pour une marque qui se veut haut de gamme. Passez votre chemin.

Shocking customer service. Purchased some tiles online and immediately realised I had ordered the wrong colour. Cancelled the order and refund had not been received. Chased, called and emailed but have simply been ignored for 3 weeks. No one responds and phone numbers are either not correct or not answered. The tiles themselves are overpriced and I have found better elsewhere for a more competitive price and more importantly, good customer service post a sale being made.
If you value customer service this is not the company for you!

5/5 Stars – Fantastic experience from start to finish!
I recently bought tiles from Porcelanosa at the Renfrew branch to help my dad update his old bathroom into a modern, fully tiled wetroom. The tile selection at the showroom is fantastic, and we even decided to put in a stunning feature wall. Our Showroom Sales Consultant, Abby Mathews, was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly professional, helpful, and offered great advice on the tile selection, the final look, and choosing samples. I had so many questions and went back and forth multiple times, but Abby was always patient, supportive, and ready to help. Excellent customer service makes a massive difference with a big home project like this, and we highly recommend Abby and the Renfrew team!

Went in to Porcelanosa in Manchester several weeks ago, where
Myself and My wife picked out three bathroom suites for our new house and we wanted them designing to show us how they would all look, we were asked to revisit the showroom two weeks later when this will have been done, a day or so before we were due to return we had a phone call to ask us to come on the day after we were scheduled as the design team had not yet completed the job?….. however as we explained we were away from that day so needed to come in the day we were scheduled too- when we arrived the designs were sent across to the agent we were dealing with while we were sat there!….. there were several things wrong with the designs due to miscommunication and there were other things we also wanted to change, it was then agreed we would return again the following week for things to be rectified….. again a day or so before we were scheduled to come in we had a phone call to say the design team had been short staffed and the designs would not be completed - as we were due to go on holiday it was agreed that the designs would be sent to ourselves via email, we could sign off on them and then pay a 50% deposit to place the order.

We were expecting this to happen early on in the week, but yet 7 days later we were told designs could only be released if a design fee of £600 plus vat was paid, we agreed to this and then for 3 days we have been chasing the show room to pay the deposit so we can move forward with our order….. the order we are placing is around £40k for all three bathrooms and yet we have been chasing and chasing to get this processed !!!….. the customer service and urgency of this situation has been literally none existent.

Finally after becoming frustrated we called the Warrington branch of porcelanosa and spoke with Lianne Veiga who was a breathe of fresh air and has been so helpful in trying to assist us in getting this sorted - and although she will not directly benefit from us placing this order with the Manchester branch she has shown empathy, sympathy and professionalism in dealing with our situation…… if we are unable to get answers from this I will go to the Warrington branch and place my order there with Lianne where I know I will be guaranteed to get a better service.

Alison was fantastic with her product knowledge and design help for supply of tiles for 3 bathrooms and utility room. Her communication with us through arranging samples, confirming the order and delivery was outstanding. Tile quality is great.

I was very impressed with Manish Raval from the Watford Porcelanosa. He dealt with my order very quickly and my order was ready to pick up from the customer collection site adjacent to the showroom at Watford.
