Bouquet was part of a subscription of 3. Flowers are always fresh and beautiful.
However I did call on the second delivery to say I was very allergic to wax flowers, and please do not add them to bouquet #3.
So today I received the bouquet with the offending wax flowers and became allergiv once again, trying to get them out of the bouquet. Maybe adding a note to a customer's file would have been a good idea. Thanks/merci beaucoup! Gillian

Begining of August I ordered the flowers online for my sister's birthday for Sunday 15th August. Before that, I have spoken with the manager to ensure that they are able to deliver the bouquet on a Sunday. I was given assurance that they will deliver on time.
On Sunday 15th August, my sister received a telephone call at 0940 to say that the flowers will be delivered between 1230-1330 which was great. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered until about 1600 hours. I was very dissapointed with the lateness and lack of communication as we have been trying to call the florist to ask the progress of the delivery, but there was nobody available to pick up the phone.
That meant that they did not keep the promise to deliver at the time they said and my sister could not go out to do what she needed to do (on her birthday) that was a let down. But having said that, I was very happy with the flowers, they were great and absolutely beautiful.
