Very slow delivery of new battery. Disappointing that previous battery only lasted 5.5 yrs before on/off switch broke,then replacement took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Very expensive product with poor service!

Had an issue with my battery, and Alan in the Technical Dept was so helpful and totally resolved my issue within 3 days. Big shout out to Becky in the despatch team for getting replacement to me so quickly too.
Professional and friendly and brilliant turn around time. Could not ask for any more. Superb

Martin at Bramley Golf Club was very knowledgeable and explained all about my Powercaddy clearly.

I could fit my newly purchased CT6 into the carry bag, after struggling for some I gave up and called support. If I had realised how professional James was going to be and how quickly he was going to solve my problem, I could have saved myself a lot of wasted effort. I only had to send a few photos and James diagnosed the problem and sent me the solution within just a few minutes. Having a customer service background I recognise first rate service when I receive it.

We have two powakaddy micras which are excellent!! Unfortunately a screw came loose and was lost however Powakaddy immediately sent out a replacement screw free of charge! An excellent service!!

I had to replace the handle control unit on my 8 year old GT6 GPS trolley. After the installation it wouldn’t pair with the App. I contacted Powakaddy and Sam assisted me and it’s now fully up to date. Prompt and excellent service.

I have found PK to be good at responding to complaints. On this occasion they have very kindly replaced a protective screen on my machine. I wasn’t aware that it had this screen but it does make sense because they prone to unintentional damage no matter how carefully you look after your machine. Other machines appear to have a more robust arrangement perhaps PK should consider this. I have been a very loyal customer we have purchased 4 PK trolleys to date and our issues have all been to do with the control panel cracking. So PK you need to do something about this problem.

Great service and speedy turn around with my battery replacement.

I have contacted PowaKaddy customer support on a couple of occasions and have been extremely impressed every time.

Most recently, I had a small issue with the yellow speed control knob on my new CT12 GPS EBS trolley. James quickly diagnosed the likely cause over the phone and explained exactly how to check it. It turned out to be a loose retaining bolt, which solved the problem immediately.

Even though the issue was resolved, PowaKaddy still sent me a replacement control knob assembly and retaining nut free of charge, which shows how much they value their customers.

James and the whole team are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. Every issue I’ve had has been dealt with quickly and professionally. It’s great to receive such excellent after-sales service.

I lost a bolt from my golf trolly, on phoning Powakaddy they sent a replacement FOC by next post. Great service.

Whilst I have had a couple of mechanical / electronic issues since buying a new PowaKaddy trolley the service from PowaKaddy has to be applauded.
Every effort was made by them to urgently return my trolley and it was repaired and returned within a week, fixed and fully functional.
They dealt with my issue politely and professionally and could not do enough to help.
Hopefully I won't have any further problems but I am fully confident that if I do then PowaKaddy will sort it all out for me.

The Pro at Stover Golf Club was extremely helpful in my decision and I then ordered through him and he assembled and demonstrated everything to me.
I look forward to using my PowaKaddy with the knowledge that (fingers crossed) it wont let me down!

Fold up well and Easley to operate top yoke could be little lower but good to use

I previously gave an average review of my new trolley but I am leaving another review of Powacaddys after sales service.
Within a few hours of leaving my review I received an email from them, with an offer to sort out the problem. After a discussion on that day, I received the new relevant parts to sort my trolley out. Parts have been fitted and I can report that my trolley is operating at 100% and I am delighted with it. Well done Customer service Department.

PowaKaddy in Sittingbourne were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. All fixed and returned in just a few days.

I unfortunately lost the main adjustment bolt from my umbrella holder whilst out in the course.
A couple of emails and 2 days later I had a replacement in my hand and it was free of charge.
Jack was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable in fulfilling this requirement.
This is customer service as it should be and which is sadly lacking all too often with some companies these days.
