Charged the card the day before the job was completed. Company then emailed at 4:30pm saying sorry a agent can’t make the agreed time of 10am, agent would be there 1:30pm instead (I told them at time of booking date and time requested not flexible)
Agent sent to the wrong address (I’m in Auckland, the agent is at a Wellington address), after a few hours of messing about, confusion and time taken off work, 2 agents turn up. In a car, not branded and said they needed me to provide a bucket for the job, I was given no talk through, I pointed out 2 stains to them (1 of the agents translated to the other in a different language).
Awful job done, carpet saturated, 7 hours later it’s still soaked (it’s been dry & sunny all day), the 2 small tea stains I pointed out not removed. Carpet looks no different, apart from soaked to the bone. Agents left the bucket I scrambled to provide on top of the kitchen worktop which is now stained with rust.
No replies on their website chat, emails, and I couldn’t get through to their phone line all day. Finally I reached a agent on the 0800 number who said I would be refunded less than $30.
Awful service, overpriced, woeful job done, complete mess about. This is not the work of a professional or anyone that has received any training, I have done a better job myself when renting a carpet steamer from New World and doing it myself. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I should have checked reviews before booking! Cleaners did a crap job. Do your research and make sure you get actual professional cleaners who know how to clean properly.

Was going to use them , then read the reviews and cancelled the job. They do not have their own cleaners, they contract the jobs to other cleaners in the area and take a cut of the price paid. This was about 2 months ago . You are required to give your credit card details at the time of booking . Last night I randomly recieve a generic email that my cleaning job is booked for tomorrow morning and an amount of $150 has been placed against my credit card . This morning I am cancelling my credit card . The difficulty is their own reviews look impressive .

They do not warrant a star but there was no alternative. I employed them after reading their reviews on their web page, Major Mistake. First, we arranged a time, then they rang to say it would need to be another time. Then they didn't turn up on the arranged time. I had to ring the 0800 number to find out why. When they arrived 1 1/2 hours late they came in a vehicle without the Premium Clean company logo instead some other logo. I should have seen this as a red flag. I should have taken a photo. They were employed to remove a small stain. They used what looked like oversized wet wipes. Their English was not good, so either they didn't want to communicate or could not. I was charged $100.00. They were in the house 10 minutes max.
I am disappointed in their service, actually there was no service. They took my $.
This is not an acceptable practice.

I have to add after many email conversations when I just wouldn't give up, I finally received a full refund. So that was great, I still would not recommend them however.

Absolute rubbish service. They provided qoute for 2 things that I requested, they completed neither of the tasks and aren't even refunding my money.

Asked for card number over the phone. Didn't feel comfortable with that at all! Very very expensive, decided not to go with them.

DO NOT USE PREMIUM CLEAN! Terrible job at cleaning kitchen and windows. Cleaners arrived without proper equipment, did not know how to do the job properly, and then did a terrible job. Waste of $650!

Never book this company ! We hired them to do a clean and change sheets etc for our air bnb as we are abroad. Thankfully our neighbor checked for us but no sheets or towels washed and changed. Waste of money. Avoid this company at all costs

Used these guys to give a house we’d bought in Orewa a thorough clean before moving in. Hopeless. Having to do most of it again ourselves. Largely a waste of $1,300. Fridge wasn’t done at all (even crumbs still visible), microwave not touched, still food splatters, laundry - waved a cloth in the general direction only and cupboard not touched (years of dust and dirt), paid for steam cleaning of carpets (huge floor rug not done at all), and steam clean fabric seats and sofa - two chairs upstairs not done at all and one squab still stinks of something suspicious. Soap scum still in shower door rails, obvious water marks on glass not touched. Two days out from Christmas there is no chance of any remedial action and my wife is so angry they wouldn’t be allowed back in anyway.

Premium Clean did a terrible job on our spring clean. The cleaner was late by an hour. There was debri in all corners apparently after vacuuming and then they didn’t even mop the floors. To be honest we are unsure what they actually did. When we discussed the need for a refund with the company they refunded $178, meaning we paid $500 for Dusting of surfaces… very unhappy with the service, the follow up and the outcome of our complaint.
Had tried to deal with this directly with the company but haven’t got anywhere.

Spent less than 20 minutes on the entire job of cleaning 6-seater lounge suit. Did not vacuum the cushions or the sofas.
The cat hair and the crumbs are still on the sofa and cushions. Some areas of seating-cushions are not even wet which means the entire cushion was not clean.
It was a rushed job.

They advice the area would be wet and pointed to the floor. So I moved floor rug and coffee table away and moved on sofa away from wall. She said that is fine but ended up having water sprayed over the wall and coffee table making all magazines wet.

When I wanted to talk to her about the job, she said she does not want to talk to me and she only does the work I need to talk to the company not her. Very argumentative and wouldn't listen and shut the car windows.
After she talking with her company, came back to the house through the open door without knoco and offered to wipe the water from the wall. I simply asked her to get out as she continued to argue.

Fazia-CL WELL, Razia-CL WELL. One of you were totally unprofessional when talking to customers has no courtesy at all.

Worst job ever experienced and poor customer service from the people did the job.

When contacted the company they apologised and ask to sent photos to prove and go through dispute process.
Couldn't be bothered dealing with.

The company offered to redo or partial refund. They refunded 60%.

DO NOT use a company Premium Clean - I have dealt with a very rude cleaner who did not do a thorough cleaning job hence the need for the re-clean. They advertise themselves very highly and even have "good" online reviews BUT it is all fake based on my current experience.

DO NOT HIRE PREMIUM CLEAN.

I reached out to this business over the phone prior to moving out of a rental property. I specifically asked for a carpet cleaning service to which they told me of three cleaning packages available to me. I was lead to believe that only a carpet cleaning would be taking place as that is what I had asked for.
Upon inspection the carpets had not been cleaned at all but merely vacuumed to a poor standard. I was charged $373 for a task that I had already completed and there was no evidence of any further services being performed that are detailed in the package on their website.
This became an issue as $400 was deducted from my bond due solely to the appearance of the carpet.
I reached out to Premium Clean over email to lay a complaint to which I received a lackluster response with no remedy to my situation.

Based on other Google reviews it is obvious that this business has no problem scamming their customers regardless of their financial situation.
Their website claims that they have a 4.9 star Google rating but with a quick look you can see that this is far from the truth.
From my experience I don't believe that this business even deserves one star from me.

Horrible service, horrible communication, devious misdirection.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After booking a move out clean when leaving our apartment I was told the clean would be 2-3 hours and would have 2 people as they have a precise checklist to follow when doing a move out clean. In actual fact 1 person came (I didn’t mind how many people it was but she’d told me on the phone it would be 2) and was there for less than 45 minutes. The clean was absolutely not to standard. I phoned multiple times, had many conversations with Catherine and the last time we spoke she advised she would speak to someone about my refund request. She never phoned me back and then I received an email offering $30 off my next service with them. I had to go and clean the apartment myself despite having already moved somewhere 30 mins away. I took photos of the state of the way the apartment was left (there was also a puddle of water in the bathroom when I arrived, no idea what they did to leave it still that wet, over 24hrs after they’d left) to prove things on their move out checklist had not been done and emailed them to Catherine as requested. My emails have gone unanswered. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I gave premium clean 1 star because they turned up. But that is where their cleaning service ended. I paid for a flat clean and the carpet to be shampooed. Both the carpet cleaning and the flat clean were abysmal. The shower, bath, toilet, floors, shelves etc. were not even touched. I have never written anyone a negative review before, but I felt an absolute obligation to warn people not to use Premium Clean. I contacted them several times to air my views and see if they could rectify the situation. Eventually they said they would refund $40.00. I paid a total of $390.00 for both carpet (a tinny area) and a clean of three rooms. That was on the 8th May. 3 months ago. I have contracted them three times since and have now given up. Hence the review. Not only is their cleaning shoddy so is their Customer follow-up service. Do not use this company. You will undoubtedly be disappointed.

Horrible customer service , they have no idea on what they are booking and ripping off customers . Extremely disappointed with this business . Every time a new drama with them , so happy to move on & have a found a better reliable cleaner .

Please don't make mistake booking with this company. First they gave me wrong price, then i cancelled my booking through email and told them i will let them know if i need to reschedule and but they did not inform the carpet cleaner, the carpet cleaner called me in the morning and was confirming his booked job. This was in January this year.
Then they reschedule another booking themselves when i never booked anything and then again i received confirmation about the booking. I then messaged the carper cleaner and said i didn't make any booking for Feb.
I then received another message from them in Feb. Today, 27th of June, i received another message that my booking was cancelled for the 28th. Why am i getting booked when i am not making any bookings. Seems like they are autobooking for job which i initially cancelled in January and not acknowledging my emails. Pathetic service.

Do not use this service. The carpet cleaner flooded the kitchen cabinets on our shifting day. My partner had to clean each cupboard that night. Also the carpet was wet and stunk, as they didn't use any cleaning chemicals, just water.

So we had to run the heatpumps on full tall night.

When I complained and asked for a refund they said I needed to go through their "disputes resolution" process. I did that, wasting more of our time. Then they said that as it had already been cleaned no refund was available. So they did nothing.

Even after I argued it wasn't cleaned as my wife had to mop up! We are both incredibly angry and unhappy with this organisation.

Will never use. Booking agent wanted my credit card details before she sent through the booking details and terms/conditions. Agent grudgingly sent through details first and an oven clean had been added which I did not request. Big fuss made by Premium Clean about how they do not book by the hour but by the size of the property instead and ‘they stay until it’s clean even if it takes hours’. Booked an exit clean for 8.30am the following Friday as I could easily book the cleaners’ parking at that time. Received a message at 6pm the night prior saying clean had been moved to 12pm because no cleaners were available. Cleaners arrived at 12.06 and absolutely lost their s**t at having to park 200m from the front door. They also said it would take too long and they had another clean booked at 1pm and would have to leave at 12.50pm. Stay as long as needed? Yeah. Right. The clean was for $282.47 + parking and they would have cleaned for less than 40 mins. Nope. Premium Clean could have been the preferred provider for the body corporate but certainly not after that debacle.

This company scams money out of you.

I was convinced by the customer services team to pay $565 dollars for a "guaranteed bond back move out clean" I tried to explain that the flat was not big and it wouldn't take 7 hours to clean. But they said this was a standard time to do this "PREMIUM clean"
I paid extra for the oven to be cleaned.
It took 3 attempts to even get the cleaners to start the job. After many stressful phone calls of the cleaners complaining about the traffic, the car parking the where abouts of the flat (all of which was straight forward and easy) They eventually got cleaning the flat.
On inspection at the end of the job I have never seen such a lazy attempt at cleaning a very simple flat. Dust hair and grime was still on the floors, the shower was barely cleaned at all, the bathroom drawers were left dirty , the wall behind the stove top still dirty.The oven door was cleaned but not the interior of the oven even though I paid $90 extra for the clean.The entrance way left untouched...all of these things were on this guarenteed cleaning list. When I challenged the company with photographic evidence and demanded my money back they then had the cleaners then lied about the job they had done.
Every excuse was used.
I challenged them again only to be put on hold endlessly and promised call backs and when they did call back the customer care was hopeless.
It would have been easier cheeper and less stressful to fly to wellington to clean the property my self and it would have been a 100% better clean.
