I would give this company negative stars if there was an option. They are scamming people out of money and provide terrible service.
Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before booking them, and was left with a dirty house and $500 out of pocket. Instead of a premium spring clean some areas of my house looked even worse than before. They didn't even do a half of what they advertise on their checklist.
Customer support function should be called scam support, they are there to justify charging for service they didn't deliver and be rude while they're at it.

I would give a Zero rating if I could. Under no circumstance use this company. Their website is very misleading and has only excellent and very good reviews which we found out over the course of our dealings, that they leave off all bad reviews.
Background - We were selling our 4 bed 2 lounge house and needed to get a move out clean. We added things like fly pop removal and windows inside and outside and the oven. We were given a quote of $1600 and were told we were getting 3 teams of people. This is the only reason we agreed to this amount. They wouldn’t let us put a deposit down and wanted ALL the money weeks prior to the work being done. We were really busy and should have seen that as a major red flag but we just paid and moved on to the next thing. On the day of the clean we did not get three teams, we got 2 people a mother and her son who stayed for 4 hours and although they were lovely people, their work was very average and nowhere near $1600 we paid in value. We made a complaint to the call centre and they said they needed proof so I sent 13 detailed emails with pictures of uncleaned surfaces and just very average work. They never got back to us so we continuously tried to call the call centre eventually we got through and they said to wait for an investigation to take place. On their website it says all complaints take 24-48 hours to be resolved this is an utter lie. We got hung up on, no one ever called us back it became very upsetting. We had the cleaner herself call us too and she said that what we had asked for was not what she was asked to do. She said she was getting $400 for the work at our house so the company was pocketing $1200 she was also very fearful she wasn’t getting to get paid and she said this happens all the time to customers . A week later I got hold of someone’s number in their office (as their 0800 number goes through to a call centre) and said we wanted $1000 back, they never referred to the pictures we sent, they never apologised and they basically wanted us to go away. She said she would go away and think about it then we get an email saying “give us your account details and we will pay you $300” once again no apology etc we tried calling but the extension has been given to someone else and they always asked who we were and then they would say that lady we spoke to wasn’t available. The next time I called, I would not give my name, they put me through and I negotiated with the woman. We ended up getting $700 back and they only did this because I had engaged the services of a lawyer and threatened them with legal action. Once again… DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

They charged me close to $400 for a move out clean. The clean was scheduled for 1:30pm. The cleaners unexpectedly arrived at 12:30pm with a bottle of Pac N Save value multipurpose cleaner and 4 pieces of shabby cloth. Within 2 hours, they finished the clean and called me to say its done. When I went to check it, the house was a mess, there were cobwebs and dust everywhere. The cleaners had dumped the rubbish on the main door. When I asked them, they had the audacity to say that 'You Indians expect too much. We're only getting $100 for this job from the company'. They said that the oven wasn't included in the clean and that they cleaned it and demanded $50 cash from me. When I said that I didn't want it, they started getting aggressive and banging things around the house. When I called the customer service, they said that they're really sorry about the poor service and nothing else. They didn't rectify their mistake or offered a refund.

Paying $723 for a Deep Clean and $238 for a Carpet Clean, I expected my 4 year old, 3 Bedroom house to be gleaming and looking like new for real estate photos. Unfortunately, I was to be immensely disappointed and annoyed.
I didn’t expect this to be a difficult clean for a professional company as I have a regular cleaner and the inside of our house was professionally painted the week before.
I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a professional cleaning company to arrive with commercial cleaning products, instead the cleaner turned up with a bottle of Ecostore Cleaner which Consumer rates as terrible and do not buy.
When I contacted the company to ask why I was told ‘they are sorry I feel this way, but it is for my own safety’. How can a cleaning company turn up with a product that is known not to be an effective cleaner?
In a nutshell, the clean was terrible, nothing on the Deep Clean checklist was cleaned. I paid extra for an oven clean and window clean and both of these jobs were done well.
The Cleaner tried to leave without doing the walkthrough, but I got grumpy and made him do it. I pointed out all the areas he hadn’t cleaned and gave him my own products to redo those areas, however he had to leave so this did not get done.
The Cleaner also damaged a newly painted frame and corner of a wall with his carpet cleaning equipment. The carpet clean was a job well done, it looks almost new again, if you don’t look at the crevices where he didn’t vacuum as part of his deep clean.
I sent them an email requesting a refund on the clean and photos but as yet I haven’t had any response. This behaviour is a shameful and dishonest way to make money.

Cleaners are very friendly and generally do a good job. The "office" staff are not helpful, do not pass on info such as "the cleaner is not coming today" in a timely manner/or at all and are very hard to deal with. They also do not honour the Insurance when the cleaner accidentally damages things unless you have VIDEO evidence of them doing the damage. Do not use them.

I recommend you never, ever use this company.

After getting a quote and discussing my friend’s particular situation, I purchased a voucher that would cover 3 months worth of cleaning every fortnight, as a housewarming gift.

The idea was to find him a great company that he would want to use beyond the 3 months.

Right from the start, they increased the price by $10 / clean.

At first my friend wasn’t sure what he was charged, because it showed $0 on the invoice.

The not-quite-a-customer-service team confirmed the higher price, so naturally I informed them of the error, reforwarded the recent quote and asked them to amend it.

At this point, I was assuming they were an above board, legit company….

They continued to deduct an unagreed price from the voucher, despite this being disputed.

I attempted to resolve it with them, but they wouldn’t budge on the price, nor refund the outstanding balance.

They apologised that I was confused (which is not an apology)…

…and many other really strange things with the customer service, too detailed and weird for a short review.

Instead of allowing the refund, they said if we didn't want to use cleaning services, we could put it towards some other services that they have like carpet shampooing.

They ignored my friend’s instructions to stop coming and he had to insist several times.

Fortunately New Zealand has some excellent laws and a legal infrastructure to protect consumers from a dodgy outfit like this.

Booked in the job. They were advised how big the job would be and things like high windows that needed to be and if they would be possible to clean. I was assured it was fine.
The cleaners didn't know the extras I had booked or what needed to be done, or have the equipment to clean the high windows.
It was ok that I had to redo floors and surfaces, but over $800 of damage has been done to benchtop which the company will not get back to me about, even though I call and email about it. No apology about it, and avoiding getting it fixed.
Some parts were done nicely, like the windows and bathrooms, one of the cleaners was great. But overall, a poor job. Was rushed at the end and one cleaner was calling out to the other to hurry up and leave, so wasn't a complete job and couldn't ask them to redo something.
There should've been more than two cleaners there, just so it could've been done well, and to have them know in advance what was booked in.
Wouldn't have minded the damage done too much, if they had just gotten back to me a week ago with an apology and a "we'll get it fixed right away". But seems like they want me to give up and pay for fixing it myself.
Wish I had read these reviews before booking!

Very disappointed with service.

Firstly the clean took 4 times longer than quoted
Secondly the clean was not sufficient as other cleaners were needed to finish the job according to our property managers
thirdly, I was lied to about how many cleaners there would be as I only had a certain amount of time to get it done.
Lastly, money was stolen from my card without any consent given by (which I was promised).

feeling very ripped off and taken advantage of.
