Exceptional service and quality advice offered- superb!!!
We visited the ProCook store at the Arndale Centre in Manchester this afternoon at around 4:30pm, and from the moment we walked in, James, the manager, was absolutely lovely.
He was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. He helped us with everything we needed, had a great sense of humour, and we had such a good laugh that I think we practically bought half the shop! 😂 His customer service was exceptional — he was cheerful, had a fantastic personality, and the banter was brilliant.
What really stood out was that nothing was too much trouble for James. After we had made our purchases, he even helped take our goods to the car because I needed to stay in the car with our boy. We actually left our shopping with James while we went to move the car closer, and he was more than happy to help.
That level of customer service is exactly what makes people want to come back. James made us feel valued and looked after, and he genuinely made our day.
We will absolutely be returning customers, and a huge part of that is because of the fantastic service we received from James today.
Thank you so much, James, for going above and beyond. You’re a credit to ProCook and an absolute star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A huge THANK YOU to James at Arndale Centre Procook store - Manchester.
Myself and my family visited the ProCook store at the Arndale Centre in Manchester this afternoon at around 4:30pm, and from the moment we walked in, James, the manager, was absolutely lovely.
He was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely helpful. He helped us with everything we needed, had a great sense of humour, and we had such a good laugh that I think we practically bought half the shop! 😂 His customer service was exceptional — he was cheerful, had a fantastic personality, and the banter was brilliant.
What really stood out was that nothing was too much trouble for James. After we had made our purchases, he even helped take our goods to the car because I needed to stay in the car with my autistic boy & James understood and empathised with that and helped my husband carry most of the bags to our car so it saves him 2 trips.
We actually left our shopping prior with James while we went to move the car closer to the store due to the amount of stock purchased, and he was more than happy to help mind the purchased goods before getting them delivered to our car...I mean....what a superstar & gentleman!
That level of customer service is exactly what makes people want to come back. James made us feel valued and looked after, and he genuinely made our day.
We will absolutely be returning customers, and a huge part of that is because of the fantastic service we received from James today.

I bought Ice cream scoop from Manchester store paid £12 (high price), told any problems make contact and will be replaced no questions asked, tried once all bent out of shape and broke. emailed customer service at Pro Cook twice no reply. Won't be shopping there again.

Someone barged into me whilst I was…
Someone barged into me whilst I was walking out, dropped the cups and they broke, workers saw what happened and despite having warranty on them I still had to pay for them again absolutely disgraceful

Top notch customer service
I bought a Santoku knife at the Arndale Centre store in Manchester. When I got home and unboxed it, I noticed that the seal on the box had been "opened' and when I took the knife out of the sheaf, the tip was broken/blunted. I emailed the company and attached photos and they sent me a new knife in the post! Brilliant customer service! Just a shame that the original knife was sold in the 1st place but overall, I rate this knife and I definitely rate the customer service! Thank you.
