Good quality items, excellent service from knowledgeable and engaged staff. Beautifully laid out store. I am a regular customer with good reason. I can say it is the only shop that I look forward to going to because these things are consistent.

Excellent products and delivery

We bought battery operated salt and pepper dispensers in December 2025 but recently had problems with them and had to return them to the shop. I would like it to be recorded that the customer service was absolutely brilliant.No hassle and not only were they replaced but I was given some good advice, Probably the best I have experienced in a long lifetime, so much so that I said to my wife, 'it would make you want to buy from them'. I think the assistant was called Nigel.

First of all they had what I had been looking everywhere for - a baby weaning plate and utensils - so a good wide range of products. Second a calm and helpful member of staff who took me straight to the right area rather than just pointing. Friendly and helpful but to the point

Everything you need for the kitchen. Good SALE too. I bought a very nice dinner set matching glasses and table mats. The staff was really nice and polite, helped me with everything then let me leave it in their shop until following day when I came to collect it. The shop is conveniently located in the Bath city centre.

Friendly attentive service

I went into the Bath store to buy a set of Gourmet Classic set of 3 knives I had seen advertised on the internet. The assistant was very helpful in giving product information helping me make a decision. I am delighted with with the purchase as they are very sharp and efficient.
