The assistants were helpful and polite, neither too fussy nor too disinterested - they were there to help if needed. So many nowadays just chat together and do not notice/try to help the customer but the two in the shop were super. They both went out of their way to help and were good at offering their wares, but not pushy. I felt very comfortable and even went back a couple of hours later to buy more. The products are fun, practical and with a very affordable price range. The colours are 'delicious' and what drew me into the store. It is so clean and fresh looking inside but quite insignificant on the outside - almost a "Speak Easy" exterior one could easily miss.

On the 13/07/26 I visited Procook in Chichester for the first time and was greeted by a lovely lady who helped me choose a new chopping board. The lady was polite and professional and I left the shop feeling very happy with my purchase and look forward to visiting the shop again.

Very helpful staff members. Efficiently collected all the boxes of crockery delighted with the 30% summer discount.
When I got home, I discovered that one box only had 3 side plates. Phoned this morning and they apologised and have put one aside for me to collect later this week.

I needed a new stainless steal pan and decided to go to ProCook in Chichester. I decided to buy an 18cm in the gourmet range. An assistant then advised me that the professional range would be better on an induction hob. Given there wasn’t a huge price difference I bought the professional . I am most unhappy with it as it is far too heavy when full of water and pasta!!! I have only used it twice and really feel that the weight when full of water and pasta should have been pointed out! I would love to change it for the gourmet range - I sent customer service an email a week ago and am still awaiting a reply!!!! It is far heavier than my 20 year old Meyer stainless steel pan. I look forward to a reply from the company but am still waiting!!
