I ordered 12 of the olson range
I ordered 12 of the olson range. They came well packaged but sadly four plates were chipped in transit. Contacted procook and Karen dealt with the issue fantasticly on a Friday with a great sense of humour. The tableware I picked didnt disappoint its beautiful and great quality. Sadly it means I have to now update everything else in my kitchen with more procook products. Great quality great customer service. I definitely recommend.

My visit
I just went to take a quick look, but I couldn't resist and ended up getting two sets of bowls — it was such a great deal! The shop is really lovely, even though it's on the pricier side. I definitely plan to visit again.
