Excellent service. I was looking for a particular item and the courteous young man at the till was very helpful. He went out to their storeroom to show me what they had that wasn’t at the time in the shop itself in relation to what I was looking for. The store is well laid out, with a great range of goods. Every visit to a ProCook shop around the country has been enjoyable with courteous knowledgeable staff.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I don't like staff members hanging around asking if they can help or just watching you making you feel uncomfortable. In ProCook they are available when you want them which makes the whole experience nice. I'm always in this shop wandering around and picking out new things for my kitchen.
