Highly recommend the New Milton branch - all staff were knowledgeable, friendly & solution focussed. The team were happy and cohesive meaning the time spent there whilst work carried out was pleasant. Mike the manager ably supported by Dean kept the very busy office running smoothly. Hit a pot hole in lymington.. late afternoon on Saturday. Tyre had bulge in the sidewall .. so I needed a replacement.
Popped to protyre at almost closing time … and the guys were so kind .. they got on with the tyre replacement straight away . It was like a tyre change at the racetrack ! Amazing customer service . Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant customer service from the team ar New Milton. Asked if they could fix my tyre alignment and two new front tyres. They were able to complete it then and there! Great communication about what was going on during the fix. 10/10

I’ve booked two ties for my vehicle at 2 pm at 5 pm. I was booked in and had my tyres fitted by a young courteous gentleman done an absolutely lovely job would go there again all the time and recommend.
