Excellent all round - brilliant service
Fantastic service and product from Puji. Bought 6 dining chairs and despite the delivery company being awful and just leaving the chairs outside in boxes that had obviously been battered around (and it was raining) the customer service from Puji was excellent. Assured us they would sort any problems when we examined the chairs - there was one small rip in one chair and they arranged for someone to come out and repair it very quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the chairs and the service. Would highly recommend

I ordered a Buddha statue. The quality, materials and the colour feels and looks very cheap.
Wouldn't recommend to buy.

Pure Vintage
I searched far and wide for a dining set. Nothing really stood out. Purchased 2 pairs of the Vintage Vegan Leather Chairs recently from Puji, was not disappointed. They are fantastic in looks and quality.
Had a slight issue with one but Hannah was amazing in customer service and it was soon rectified.

Very easy to order online. Very pleased with the product (a side unit). There was a minor problem with the delivery company, not the fault of Puji, but Puji responded straightaway to help put things right. So top marks for their customer support too.

I recently purchased the Silver Buddah…
I recently purchased the Silver Buddah Statue which I had wanted for a long time. However, when it was delivered it was cracked and the leg broken off & missing, probably done in transit. I contacted Customer Services thinking that due to the time that had elapsed- i live abroad and collected upon a visit to the UK-they would dismiss my concerns.
However, they were brilliant, prompt in replies and quickly sent out a new statue the same day free of charge.
Apart from that it's a beautiful piece, stunning in fact, hard to find elsewhere and looks eye catching on side unit.
