Never had any problems.

Never had any problems.. accepted almost everywhere.. balance transfers are really good

No problems but loathe to increase…

No problems but loathe to increase credit limit after years of unblemished payments on time. Also rewards could be more generous for what they probably charge retailers.

I’ve been using my Plus credit card for…

I’ve been using my Plus credit card for a while now and overall I’m really happy with it. The application process was straightforward and quick, and I found the credit limit fair based on my situation.

One of the things I like most is how easy it is to manage through the app — everything is clear, from tracking spending to making payments. It really helps you stay in control and make proper payments based on how you spend, which has made managing my money much easier.

Payments are simple to make, and I appreciate the reminders which help avoid missing anything. Customer service has also been helpful whenever I’ve needed support.

Overall, it’s been a reliable and convenient credit card, especially if you’re looking to improve your credit and manage your spending better. I would definitely recommend it.

Balance transfer

I am not happy about the service because i have been unable to do the balance transfer to another bank.

I'm sorry that you've had difficulty completing a balance transfer. We do offer a Balance Transfer service between most other high street lenders in the credit market, with the exception of some newer digital products, and American Express.

If you're looking to arrange a Balance Transfer via a Pulse account, to pay off another card, you can do this in the app by going to:

Pay > Balance Transfer

Please bear in mind that it can take between 3 hours and 3 working days for a Balance Transfer to be completed, once it has been arranged on the account.

Not a great experience to say the least

Just like some other reviews said not a great experience with this company. I had arrangement in plan temporarily to help keep up, each and every payment was paid on time. One day I couldn't log in, tried everything. They basically in the background decided to close my account and sell it to another agency. Didn't let me know and didn't offer alternatives like stopping arranged payments. Few weeks later I received the letter saying that it was closed. No decency to communicate this with you beforehand, nor as it happens they just block you out of your account and leave you struggling to figure out what is happening.

I have been with pulse for awhile now…

I have been with pulse for awhile now using their credit card from time to time..Their customer service is very excellent and very professional on the phone. Missing on payments due date they kind of remind you without harrassing you, often finding way to help you out without stressing you.. Their monthly statement is also sent on time. Credit limit increases by asking you first.

Having been in a difficult situation…

Having been in a difficult situation for a few years, although the card is one of the more expensives cards it was my lifeline and continues to be my 'go to'. Earning money off of me of course, but it helped me through some tremndous tough times which are over now. I am closer to my card than I am my bank.

It's good to have this card never trouble one thing the charges is too high as the bank card changed
And other thing the have no flexibility in the rules and regulations
It's around 4 to 5 years that I have this card never missed any payment never goes over limits. Recently due to recent medical condition contact them just ask a favour but straight away the answer what is shows on document we have to follow.
I will keep this card after the payments going to £00.00 but never use for daily routine or online purchase unless have emergency.
Anyway it's not bad card just look/reads it's policy before applying/Use this card
