Absolutely terrible service!!! Ordered on 25th November for a birthday present on the 8th December called on the 5th December to be the told the leotard is there in front of them and should be with me by the end of the week if I wanted it next day I’d have to pay £9.95 on top of the £3.95 already paid!!! Good job I never as it actually turns out I was lied to as still to this day the leotard still isn’t there… so because of this we had to attend a party with no gift. If I was told the truth I could have got something else. Emails have been ignored and when I speak to people no one seems to care. I understand delays in postal strikes but this matter has nothing to do with that. The leotard isn’t even in stock quick to take your money and then lie about it and not even care that you have an upset 10 year old with out a present. Never will I use this company again absolutely awful customer service 😡

We ordered a leotard for our Daughter end of November. No tracking details provided and has not been delivered. Emailed Customer Service and have had no response.

The most beautiful leotard, I have ever seen!!

My daughter wardrobe mainly contains sport clothing which half of it are leotards.She has lots from quatro and finds them extremely comfortable and very pretty.There is lots of for every gymnast. Beautiful leotards with lots of blink, simpel and soft with iteresting baks which are the most favourite at the moment.Geting to the point the company respons quickly with helpful information to my questions if I have them.My daughter and her gym friends can't wait to attend the Lights Camera Sparkel event 😊

I ordered a beautiful leotard for my daughter for her competion. It arrived super quick, but unfortunately it arrived faulty. I contacted Quatro who delt with this extremely quickly sent out a free postage address to return it. Within 5 days of sending it back a brand new one had arrived. I cannot fault there customer service very impressed and will definitely be ordering from them again . 5 star customer service and the quality of leotard is amazing.

I’ve been getting my daughter (9) Quatro Leo’s since she was 4, they make her feel so confident and they have the best designs, quality and comfort! Whenever she’s at the gym she always turns heads with Quatro’s gorgeous Leo’s. She’s been wearing some of the Leo’s for 3-4 years now and they still look as good as new!
Most of our friends have changed from other brands to Quatro and everyone can feel the huge difference!
Not to mention the extremely helpful, supportive customer service! They reply right away even at the silliest questions I ask 😊 their shipping is really fast and efficient too, we live in Egypt and we receive the orders very quickly.

Quatro is by far the best leotard brand for any gymnast! Over the top quality and top notch designs and extremely comfy as well! I always get a ton of compliments on my leo’s! I’ve been wearing Quatro for 4 years and the leo’s still look as good as new!

No size 30s on the stall so the staff member checks online availability. Am told there is availability so make an online order. Email confirmation, payment accepted for order but no word of shipping comes. Get an email more than a week later saying that no stock available for another 3months.

Have spent many years buying leotards and Quattro still remain the best for quality and design.
