My husband and I could not be happier with the professional way Quick Roofing handled the roof replacement at our Fort Worth home from beginning to end.
Greg Gambrell made a great first impression. A former Marine with excellent roofing and product knowledge, Greg answered all our questions and offered options on decking and ventilation changes made necessary by going from cedar shake to a synthetic shingle. He even tarped a few holes on the roof that same day. We were pleased that Quick offered a 7-year workmanship warranty and no payment due until completion of the job. Greg followed through on every commitment and checked the project regularly, which was really important due to frequent thunderstorms during the roof installation.
Quick’s onsite project manager, Roger Tidwell, arrived first thing every morning and stayed until the crew quit working at dark. Roger directed the old roof tear-off and new decking installation such that we were never exposed to rain damage throughout the whole project. Roger stayed on top of everything to ensure all aspects of the project were performed as promised. The crew worked from just after dawn to dusk on the intermittent good-weather days until the project was complete. Everyone at our job representing Quick Roofing was extremely polite, professional and hard-working with a sincere desire to please. They cleaned the site each day before they left and thoroughly cleaned it up at the end of the job.
The price was exactly as Greg bid with no surprises. We are very happy with the appearance of the Enviroshake product and the excellent job Quick did on the installation. We highly recommend Enviroshake and Quick Roofing.
