The website seemed well organised and easy to use. However, when I mistakenly put 2 of one item in my "basket", it took 3 attempts to correct the quantity of the item to 1. Then, when I checked out and paid ( stupidly without checking the maths first ! ) I was charged for 2 of the items. Although 2 of the item were delivery, it is annoying to have to keep one in stock on the chance that I may be able to use it in future. Also why oh why con we not get radiator valves singly so that we can use an angled thermostatic valve with a straight lockshield valve when installing an dual fuel towel rail with pipes rising through the floor ? As things are, we have to buy a pair of angled valves plus a pair of straight valves which is a waste of money (and resources) and increases our stock-holding of redundant valves (the un-needed valve from each pair bought).

We have done a full test and investigation on our website and could not seem to find any challenges with adding or removing items.
We do have a returns policy if you do not need them, you can return the items for a full refund.
In relation to your comments on how we sale our valves, I am sorry this was not what you were looking for, there is no pressure to purchase our products if we do not sell what you require.

The plumber is due to fit the bathroom dual heater radiator tomorrow.
It looks good quality etc and I'm happy with it and the additional accessories etc. The reason of my 3 Star rating is all down to delivery. The TRV, Dual fuel element, and accessories came via DPD and they sent me a txt with an hour window for delivery. However, the main radiator was delivered on a separate day - and there was no time allocation - ie from 9am till 6pm. This means overall I've had to take a lot of time off work waiting for the delivery. It's a shame as there is technology out there to make the customer more informed. Maybe they should look at this - as waiting in ALL day for a delivery is very frustrating.

Reference – your deliveries
You are correct in all you say in regards to the deliveries. All our in-house products do get sent via DPD and this a great service in relation to delivery information.
However the towel rail is sent direct from our manufacturer, so we do have little control over the couriers they use to distribute their products.
We are continuously working with them to improve delivery information to prevent our customers having to sit in all day, as we fully understand what an inconvenience this is.

As the title says, staff (Nick) very helpful and sorted out my purchase efficiently with delivery as promised and on time. The showroom has examples of various column radiators in all price ranges and is well worth seeing just to understand the differences and options. We will use again.
