Worst jetski company & staff at peurto colon .

the staff are so rude don’t go here . i booked and paid €140 Upon arrival after I paid deposit (I booked through club canary) they was nice we was a couple of mins late . We got our life jackets on and put our stuff in the locker as instructed. While we waited to be picked up by the speed boat to take us to the jet ski One of the members of staff seemed to be looking for something pacing up & down and then checking the water with a snorkel on it came clear he was looking for his phone as he mentioned the Apple ID showing in that area of the gate . We got on the speed boat to the jetski & had our hour session . The men on the speed boat were nice and took pictures of us to purchase at the end . We got off the speed boat back at the gate and instantly the mood had changed staff telling us to get out stuff & leave ? I went to collect our photos and the man wiped and deleted them all in front of me . We were really confused and didn’t know if we had broken some sort of rules on the jet skis … BUT NO They accused us of stealing a phone from one of the members of staff ? My husband and I are hardworking people and don’t need to steal from other hard working people . I was shocked as well as embarrassed .I emptied out my whole bag & all my pockets as well as made my partner do to there was no phone. He started to get more aggressive when I told them to call the police but they wouldn’t ? The man started squaring up to my partner . We then left the gate and took photos of the place when he saw us do this and he run up the ramp and squared up to my partner again.

why would we steal a phone from a jet ski booth knowing they have my full details from where I booked & had been contacting them it’s crazy. It’s sad because we was really looking forward to it and they completely ruined it for us . I hope they found the phone and felt really embarrassed . I have video footage from the whole time & how they treated us if anyone would like to request .

Wij hebben met 6 personen een hele leuke middag gehad op de jetskis! We gingen met een bootje naar de jetskis en ondertussen kregen we een uitleg over hoe en waar we moeten varen. Zo konden we veilig gaan varen. Ook gaan de Jetskis heel langzaam zodra je bij elkaar te dicht in de buurt komt. Dat vond ik zelf een heel fijn en veilig idee. Zo kan je elkaar niet overvaren. Wij vielen 1 keer van de jetski af en toen had onze instructeur Chris ons meteen goed gezien en kwam naar ons toe om te checken of alles oke was. Omdat de start door andere mensen wat rommelig ging kregen we als compensatie later gratis fotos toegestuurd! Hier waren we echt super blij mee! Een hele fijne en toffe ervaring dus. Zeker een goed bedrijf en Chris was een hele fijne instructeur!

Met 8 leden van 3 families vier jet ski’s gehuurd.

5 kids in de leeftijd van 14 tot 18.
Vanaf 16 mag er onder begeleiding van een volwassene gevaren worden. Vanaf 18 vervalt dit.

Eerst een stukje uitleg over veiligheid, en de eis voldoende afstand tot elkaar te blijven houden. Anders terug naar de haven. Safety first. Top

Erna over de jet ski zelf. Voelde allemaal heel professioneel aan.

Vervolgens op een boot naar de uitgang van de haven, waar de jetski’s lagen te dobberen. Heerlijke humor van de kapitein, allemaal relaxed.

Op zee dan de overstap op de jet ski’s en onder begeleiding heerlijk een uurtje de zee op geweest.

Geweldige genoten. Bedrijf is aan te raden.
