You have to give me some time to see if you're service department comes out and actually fixes my love seat correctly they've been out 2 times and hopefully when they come again to fix it then I'll give you're company a honest review.

Being able to view the furniture we were interested in and taking our time without being followed through the store by a salesperson. This was the main reason hadn’t been in the store in years. Our salesperson was very good in being around to answer questions when needed. Thank you very much to Al Budwee.

Easy to locate what we wanted and ordered in a very short time.

Kathy Bright was excellent and didn’t make us feel rushed with all of our questions.

Went to look for side tables. A set we particularly liked and considered buying. We didn't buy the tables the same day but ordered them online a few days later.

It was all Jessie. She spent so much time with me. She was so helpful and friendly that I almost felt like I was in her living room. She found everything I needed, gave me great options and was extremely patient. I’m going to tell all my friends to shop at your store and ask for Jessie. She is truly a delightful person and made the day fun too. I bought a lot more items because she was so wonderful to work with. Great lady and great store

Excellent customer service! Mike listened carefully to our needs and patiently answered our questions and showed us the furniture that met our needs.

Marcy was the best. i had no intention to buy anything but her knowledge and personality just drew me in. She listened to what I was saying and tried to come up with solutions.

I could not speak to a human. It was hard to schedule a delivery. Just annoying doing business with you compared to Bob's which is so easy.

Was easy to order and always have been pleased with the furniture purchased.

The chair I purchased in May already has a rip in it. I’ve reached out several times to have it repaired and not one person has gotten back to me.

Communication is absent - The lack of effort to truly assist customers does not exist. No one has the correct answer, no one takes the time to read notes. They hop on the phone expecting the consumer to continue to repeat themselves when they have notes on accounts for a purpose. Everyone has a different answer and no one seems to take the time to actually get the correct answer. I was given the wrong email countless times until I just used google and finally I had the correct contact. I requested a new remote for my adjustable base July 8th 26 it is now July 30th and no answer, recovering from an injury and it has been dreadful trying to get any assistance. Its all bells and whistles when your buying but when you actually require " customer service " it is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying from here if you require any real customer service - most are remote and you can hear the lack of care from the time they answer the phone. Managers always " unavailable"

Jennifer was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
She explained all the options on sofas that we were looking at and had many options for us.
This is the first Maryland location and it was amazing.

I bought at R and F several times but no more. Always offering gift cards and never deliver. They use these gift cards to entice customers and then ignore you after purchase. Too bad for Raymour and Flanigan at Bay Plaza, you lost a good customer.

Friendly sales person who listen and me what I was looking for.

Mo the salesman was wonderful. Very helpful, patient and knew the merchandise well. He is kind and offered suggestions that demonstrated he listens well. A very pleasurable experience.
