The technician come out for a repair visit. He was great! I was told we would get a call within 72 hours, no one called. I called R&F service center about the replacement part and was told it would take 4-8 weeks to come in!!! That's very frustrating considering my chair does not work at all. I am not satisfied with my experience with the repair department.

Brandon Grant was very pleasant and polite. He was thorough and knowledgeable of the products I was looking for and offered me very good advice. He gave me undivided attention, which I appreciate. He was a pleasure to deal with. I may soon be in the market for a queen size bed, and if I return to R&F, I will ask for Brandon.

Amy was great to deal with for my daughters bedroom purchase. She was detailed and informative on what we were buying and gave suggestions.

While overall I am happy with my instore experience and customer relations, I am not happy with one of my purchases. I just think that what the quality of the items in the store are much higher than what they deliver from their warehouse.

She gave us space so we could talk then explained the construction of the pieces, the options and the protections available in nice we made a choice. Went to look and purchased right then. No pressure!!! Your store HAS EVERYTHING one needs and wants for their home. Ive never walked out and not bought something. I haven’t been in your store in well over a year. Why the survey now?
I have however been waiting for two cushions since requesting replacement last February. We also had a “to-do” with a lift chair which was replaced after 11 months, the replacement lasting only three weeks before it failed. I am not impressed at all with your merchandise or customer service.

The area rug is beautiful. Good quality!
