I called RCIB today regarding advice on a change I needed to make to a recent car insurance policy I have taken out with them and I was lucky enough to be put through to a very helpful chap called Ian Wells who advised me on what I needed to do and managed to save me some extra costs in the process, very quick and very efficient and great customer service.

Had a few issues (my ignorance no one else) and they sorted it for me immediately

I was sat on the in the car park in my new car got through straight away no hassle very easy to sort out the member of staff that helped me I was so grateful for as she started the policy as soon as so I could drive back home Thankyou so much I forever stick with this company always helps me

Cheryl Austin has gone out of her way to support me through one the hardest times in my life, maternity leave! My income has dropped and she has taken the time to listen and adjust my policy, sending me emails which has been so much easier than constantly being on the phone with a small baby. She has shown me such kindness that I would recommend your company to anyone I know. This level of customer service experience has set the bar high for even how I deliver to others when I return back to work. Thank you Cheryl your support has been lifechanging in my time of need :) b

I called to removed my son from my insurance as he has passed his test and now has his own car and insurance, I was charged £79 for the pleasure, I understand an admin fee, but disgusted with it being that amount. I could have said nothing and left him on, but was being honest.
I had nothing but praise for this company prior to this. Staff are all very good, prices were great.
I will not be renewing with them.

Spoke with Ed Aldous to change the vehicle on my policy. He was so friendly and polite and dealt with my enquiry quickly and efficiently and didnt make me feel like a nuisance for calling like so many other customer service advisors do. Thank you Ed! :)
