Ordered promoto rear shock mounts on may 7 2025 and it says shipped but it never showed up

I must have made over 30 orders from RCMart. I live in the middle-east. Never had anything other than a perfect experience.
RCMart is excellent. The amount of products they stock is vast. They have parts that noone else in the world seems to have. Their pricing is competitive and the packaging is very good. I've never had any reason to give less than 5 stars.

They claim that the package they shipped was "unclaimed" but it was never even shipped. They gave me a tracking number and the package never left Hong Kong

Supposed lost package, non existent customer service. Buyer beware. NEVER order on this site.
Shame on trustpilot for these fake reviews. Anyone that speaks fluent English can see they are fake.

Absolutely horrible stay away.. I bought a $800usd rc car and never received it and never got a refund...and if you read all the good reviews you can tell that they're fake.. the good reviews say the opposite of people's bad reviews..so what ever is sad in bad reviews the good reviews mimic it except they say good things instead of the negative

$24.50 shipping demanded after the purchase for an $8 item. No more, I am finished with RC Mart.

If they told me in advance I would have not placed the order. The additional demand was emailed three days later. Shame on you RC Mart.

Bought a Sanwa M17 transmitter combo from them for 530 USD and various other things in one order, the bill was a bit over 1000USD. First up it was my bad forgetting Australia has an import tax for anything over 1000AUD bought overseas. So I ended up paying 200AUD in taxes alone. Which already made it about 150AUD more than I could have paid for a Sanwa M17 locally.

I had just recently finished building the RC car that I intend to use the M17 with after 8 months of the purchase, because it is a hobby and I didn't plan on completing it day 1 and could potentially find out what the M17 transmitter had problems with.

Problems with Sanwa M17:

It fails to bind with the RX-493 receiver that came with it, however I have tried with other person's M17, it binds with no issues. Mine just keeps on flashing the LED light with no successful pairing results for more than 5 minutes which I gave up eventually.

The touch screen is very glitchy, I tried accessing the main menu in the M17 and it will move on it's own from time to time rendering it completely unusable. Bare in mind that it is a brand new item and I had never used it and kept it in the box until I decided to plug in my completed RC car build.

I had since contacted rcmart email support, and advised me to update the firmware, but the firmware that came with it was already the latest. They were not too helpful and just tells me that I am out of warranty period, when I asked them how long it is, they say Sanwa didn't have an exact date for this period but its was 6 months which they provided themselves, I find it ridiculous and something they just made it up on the spot as RCmart website has no clear warranty period information provided as well. It would be impossible that a big manufacturing company like Sanwa would have no warranty on their product.

End result I would have to pay for the fee that costs to fixing the problem, no returns accepted and shipping costs would have to be at my expense.

Will never buy from RCmart again, reasons being vague warranty information, customer supports are bad.

The worst customer service / communication I have ever experienced. Its been 7 weeks. No goods, no tracking number and no hope of ever seeing one. Dont expext to see that $300USD ever again.

Having previously ordered other items with no problems of similar value, i decided to order 200 dollars worth of Kyosho Javelin parts that i couldnt get here in the UK.

Paid £47 dollars for shipping and still get hit with £42 customs charge on top. I contacted fedex who said they didnt use the shipping method i paid for. So basically they ripped me off on shipping.

They cannot argue it either as i have bought before using the same shipping for similar value items with no issues.

And to top it all off...it was poorly packaged which meant all the decals were creased/buckled.

I will never use rcmart again and i sincerely advise you to avoid these clowns.

Order never arrived, rcmart sent me an email for a refund minus the shipping? It never got attempted to be delivered? They either messed up the address or never shipped it. I will not be buying from them again in the future. As a customer i cant see how this was anywhere my fault?

Poor customer service. Their tracking is ridiculous. The don’t refund shipping fees if they lose it. Not recommended.

No problems ordered parts. Went with regular shipping to USA had my stuff in 10 days. It came with a tracking number I could track. I will definitely order parts there again.

I ordered the periodic Table for my Grandson, I'm a chemistry major and it appeared to be be a good gift. When I asked for a refund I got no reply for 14 days, so far, to my several emails to their CONTRACT address. What a joke...it shows gas elements like H (hydrogen or helium) as grey printed smears, many (under magnification) look like mini-grains of ? materials, no way they appear to be the element, and finally, you need a magnifying to even read the element names.

I purchased a mini z readyset, 2 complete body sets, and a few other parts so shipping got expensive. came out to $58 7-30 or $62 3-5. So of course I went with 3-5 for the few dollars difference. I also wanted my items before the next weekend as I purchased them on a early Sunday leaving plenty of time to process and ship my order. My item's were sent out with regular delivery on Tuesday so now I have to wait longer for this order and paid more. Bad business without a doubt. Will be using other websites

Been ordering for 7 years,always tracking number,great packaging and they always reply to my emails.huge variety of products to choose from and for all budgets.

I have been ordering from RCMart for years. Always a positive experience.

Being in Canada, it’s not always easy to get good hobby stuff. Most of the time, I have to order from the states. And normally, I would have to pay additional duties and customs fees.

To my recollection, I have never had to pay additional fee’s on any RCMart order. And normally, it comes faster than ordering from the US.
