Most of my RC stuff i brought it from RcMart. Their staff are friendly and willing to help if there is any doubt. I never ran a problem dealing with them. They had sponsoring a lot of RC event in south east asia and those RC community are really feeling grateful for having RcMart around for supporting them.

I felt I had to write a short review after I had placed an order and then started to read all the bad reviews on here and got a bit scared.
Ordered F104 tires for rc-car, after payment I received a mail that 1 part was not in stock. Got the option to cancel the order, or continue and get the amount back in store credit. I opted for the store credit, was added instant to my account, received the tires in a reasonable amount of time (covid19 times..) in well packaged box with the parts individually packed as you would find in a 'real' store. Products are exact as expected and original brand. I would recommend this store. Keep in mind that happy people usually don't write reviews and so almost all the reviews on here are from the few that unluckily had a real bad experience with this store, which is always possible but more an exception I would guess.

Placed my order 8/14/2020 on rcMart website. After 40 plus email dialogues, was told to be patient and that the package was in route. Initially I was patient and understanding of the current pandemic but the ETA change from up to 1 month to 3 months!! As of today package has been sitting in one location for 3 weeks!!. Other products I have ordered after rcmart in the same region have already arrived!! The shipping contractor Pitney Bowes is of even less help!!!!!
Learn from my mistakes and dont order from this place!! Their customer service mission statement is copy and paste generic responses!!!

9/20/20 Update: received an email from rcmart conveniently after posting here stating my package is at my PO Box and that I needed to pickup. Well, I DON'T HAVE A PO BOX!!
(Cue the circus music)
