I have a long-standing disease of the spine, decided to get rid of my old chairs that I wasn't using much and buy one that reclined, lifted and had heat and massage. The Recliner Collection certainly offered the best value I could find, when shopping around, and was also incredibly happy at being able to use the VAT relief option because of my condition.

The chair is excellent, very comfortable and the heat, reclining and rising options are all superb. I do always find that the massage options on items like this are never quite as good as you would like but they are okay.

All in all, for the price, this is an excellent purchase that has made my life a lot more comfortable.

I'd also like to thank the customer service team who were polite, courteous and replied to questions quickly. It made a pleasant change to ring and get through to an actual person immediately.

The Recliner Collection offer an excellent service, especially if you don't have a limitless budget.

I requested swatch samples which arrived very promptly. Very easy to order chair on line and kept in the loop all the time regarding dispatch date and delivery date. 2 man delivery who assembled chair and gave instructions.
Ordered Bramwell chair - very comfortable, just what I needed after Chemo.

Went smoothly from clicking the button to order to delivery-good communication got a call as soon as I ordered -got a call from the delivery company to give me a day and a 3 hour slot.The 2 men assembled it and showed us how the remotes worked they were very helpful and friendly The chair is perfect for my 98 year old mum comfy and stylish-she used the heat setting when she felt cold all together good

Delivery as per said on time installation within ten minutes all in all quite satisfied only gripe there wasn't any instruction booklet to guide you through the use of is there one available.

I phoned the company and spoke to a nice lady who was very helpful. I had had a bad experience with a previous chair and did not want a repeat performance. I had a good discussion about the chair, and samples of the material were received the following day. Nothing was too much trouble, and I went ahead with the order using their two man team to deliver to the room and assemble it. I was kept up to date with when delivery would be, and the whole experience was perfect. I love my new chair as it is so comfortable and the heat and massager so beneficial to my illness. I would recommend this company highly.

Very good service was excellent

We purchased a Rise & Recline chair from this company back in October 2024. Sadly after a couple of months the mechanism developed a noise. We contacted Recliner Collection who very quickly arranged for an engineer to visit. The engineer determined that the chair need a replacement mechanism. The day following the home visit we received a call from the company explaining that it was not viable to replace the mechanism and they offered a replacement or refund. Having lost a little faith in the chair I'd chosen I opted for a refund and this was paid the following day. Although my purchase didn't go to plan the customer service was very efficient and fair and I would have no hesitation whatsoever buying from this company again. I only wish that all companies were as professional and efficient in relation to customer service as the Recliner Collection.

Delivered on time havnt had much time to enjoy it at the moment but my husband sits on it for a few hours in the day so no complaints as of yet

Lovely chair, excellent customer service. Unfortunately the people who put it together, were only here 2mins, no instruction to my elderly parents, and no instruction book for the remote control

Good customer service , delivery on time. Nice little chair . Not as bulky as expected . In my opinion this chair isn't suitable for taller larger people . But if you are more petite it's fine . The qaulity is good and sturdy .

I had difficulty during use after the delivery men had left. The chair jammed during operation and I found that white the cable ties, securing a group of electric wires to the bottom of the rear wooden frame were still attached, thereby restricting movement and causing one of the electric wires to be disconnected.
