Everything we get in is thoroughly tested and graded in our in-house Samsung service centre before sale. If we do find a fault, we only ever use genuine parts so you can be assured whatever you buy from us, it works just like the manufacturer intended. We are so confident you will be happy with your purchase that we offer a 12 month warranty as standard. Very knowledgeable person on the end of the phone , talked me through the phone choices ,explained I could either have it delivered or do click and collect . I chose my phone ordered online and had a phone call couple hours later to say it was ready to collect . Seamless . Very good service .
